Horrible service. None Is ever working. It's everyman for themselves. Only 2 workers and they move extremely slow. This place is frustrating.

What a disgusting place! They refused to provide me with a service that is inside the store during the hours that the store is open. They have no reason to close sections within the store. The girl told me that if she gave me the laminating service that I requested, the other clients were going to want it, that I had to come another day. That's unprofessional. I will let the consumer association, the head quarter, know and I will also not return to that neighborhood store that has two cigar employees and although they were not rude, the girls or the management of that specific store apparently have no respect for the customer's time and I see that as part of the little cultural respect there is for the consumer in this country, which seems socialist, where no one in the business is bothered by poor service and mistreatment. Little by little the standard is lowering and when you come to see this Hialeah it is going to become a winery in Havana.

I get there at 6 they tell me they close the printing at 7 but she can’t attend me cause she’s closing the department when I just rushed to get these plans done I just don’t get it every Office Depot has the same issue do better honestly it’s mad annoying

the worst customer service, only 3 employees in the store, the store full of customers and the cashier at the front is a very rude little white girl, this store should be closed and she should be fired because, it's a shame I can't express myself as I would like because of the lack of respect that they deserve it, then they fill their mouths saying that the customer is right, they are liars and I wish they had negative stars, giving them one star makes me feel offended, they don't even deserve that
