I use to love, love this place. The girls are all amazing and they work great however, the last 3 times I’ve gone I’ve waited for an hour or more after having an appointment. If they can’t meet appointments just say it and then first come first serve but people are aware. I gave it one last chance but sadly as much as I like the place and the ppl that do the nails it’s not worth waiting an hour or more for nails when they promise you a time. Wish they would hire more people or be more honest about appointments or acknowledge the wait people do.

Horrible customer service..one arrives at the place and they don't even know how to greet and serve people. Mainly when you are a customer for a long time, Mr. Angela is the first one you should give. The example one arrives and it is as if there is a but. I hope May the boss, who is an excellent person, take her clients into account since She is A sweetheart.

This salon is horrible, they should close it! I already called the health department. They don't disinfect anything, nor do they clean where you put your feet or the tools they use when they do pedicures. Last week I was there with like 7 women waiting, they don't respect the appointment they give you or they just say “sorry, it's first come, first served”! They serve and serve and nothing they clean, I noticed how they used and didn't clean after a pedicure. When I asked him he told me “I did clean”! They are dirty people who don't believe in cleaning! Wait for the health department to reach them…. Don't waste your time here! Horrible customer service! But worse than that they don't disinfect their instruments or pedicure station. I witnessed several women getting pedicure with the same they just used before with another client. The Colombian lady that answers the phone is soooo rude! I made my appointment for 12 and didn't get seen until 2:30pm. Ridiculous! They should be shut down! Never again step foot here! I just called the department of health and reported this information.

Super unprofessionalThere’s not ONE Dominican hairdresser (the name is My Dreams Dominican Salon).They go by appointments and walk ins and will still skip you with your scheduled service.Never again.

I don't know what the point is of asking for an appointment, every time I go I make an appointment and they always serve me late the last time I asked for an appointment for 5 and they attended to me at 6 for an hour waiting in a chair I don't see the point in the lack of respect for the client as if one were playing. ?

I have gotten a groupon for mother day. And i made a appointment on the phone n told them i gotten a groupon. I went in for my appointment at 10am today. I show them my groupon n they right away say oh the lady that does the groupon is only here tuesday to thrusday i asked what time they close they said 9pm so i go n make a appointment for june 6 tuesday at 630 pm and the lady say oh we close at 7 so last appointment is at 530 i cant do 530 due to work. So i cant even use my groupon. If they dont like groupon then why the hell they put the company on there.. the worst customer service. Dont go here or get deals from here they will turn u down. If i cam give 0 stars i would
