Had to rent a car last minute as I dropped of my car next door at Gus Machado Ford due to it having some type of failure. Showed up at the Hertz rental door as it opened, and was immediately helped by Roberto. He got me a car quickly and painlessly and I was right out the door and off to work without skipping a bit. Funny enough, I barely escaped work with enough time to get myself back there to drop off the car just a couple minutes before closing, and sure enough it was Roberto to help my close out and return the car back without issue. Awesome employee there, convenient location, and more than good rental car place if you need one. Would definitely recommend.

Horrible company to rent a vehicle , they gave me a vehicle with a bad tire. A grand total of 750 for two weeks plus fees of toll. Horrible customer service they charge me double on my credit card. There are way more rental places way cheaper for a better price monthly it's ridiculous

I make a reservation with 4 days in advance and one day before i call them to confirm that all is fine with it , They can’t confirm with me if the car that i was pick was be available!!!. Horrible!!. This is my first time renting with HERTZ ‼️‼️‼️

They were suppose to pick me up today at 4PM so I could get my rental. Never showed up. I called multiple times and nothing. No answer.My whole afternoon and errands and meetings are ruined thanks to them.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.Corporate is even more clueless.

Gretel took great care of us. That girl is the one who should be the manager of this agency. A manager named Robert was disgusting, you should see this man. I know a lot of people who have gotten into trouble and gone to Enterprise because of this man named Robert. He treats people very badly but thanks to Gretel we were able to take a car. If we go again we hope and pray that it is Gretel who is there and not manager Robert.

Be careful going here. Manager named Robert is rude times 10. Very unprofessional, this guy needs to be checked. He don't answer calls, leaves you on hold for 20 min. Cant perform under pressure. I suggest corporate to check this guy out. Its insane. Extremely rude and feels entitled. Position of manager is way over his head. I wish i would of recorded him

We booked a car. It's out of stock. They told me to go to another office. Who will pay for our taxi? We arrived with the expectation of leaving in a reserved car. There is one person in the office who doesn’t decide anything. Gives phone numbers to someone who doesn't pick up. Disgusting service - I don't recommend it!!!

This place should not be called Hertz car rental,I got there with my wife ,only one employee there ,I ask him a cou3of question, he was not evenpaying attention ,to what I was saying, avoid this place at all cost .This guy can care less, wao customers service from This Hertz rental car from 1 to 10 ,a 0.

BAD NOOO, BAD
More than 30 minutes waiting to be attended to because the only person who was working went to put gas in his car and there was no one else in the office
What a disappointment.
We arrived in Cuba, no one has responsibility for anything, no one cares about anything, and the client was screwed...
What a pity for this country that was the driving force for one to think that it was worth fighting for their rights, rights that no longer exist.
Finally the receptionist arrived and what can I tell you, a complete disappointment.

Robert was very helpful! However every thing else horrible ! Our body shop helped us arrange the rental and omg th e damn driver is also the car wash attendant z! We asked to make sure th e car didn’t stink like smoke and they assured us it was fine but it’s horrible ! We got a Honda accord and all the rims were broken up and before I left we addressed this as well and took pictures! The car looks like it’s from a damn auction or something! The vehicle was filthy and we had to wait because the same Robert/ older man have to attend the client/ driver/ then had us waitTo clean the damn car for 45 minutes ! Unacceptable! Then we asked if this is a corporate location and they said yes , we’ll HERTZ you have to do Better! This location is Hialeah is a small hole in the wall joke ! Again, Robert was very nice but the experience sucked !
