Absolutely horrible. Came 2 hours late only to tell me they brought the wrong tow truck and would have to come back with the right one “in 20 minutes.” Yeah right. I’ve called every number I can to try and find out where they are and if they’re coming. No answer. Still waiting 4 hours after they were scheduled to come.

Avoid this company. I have read terrible reviews in google reviews. They don't answer phone calls and they have sketchy track record according to google reviews.

Besides the tow truck operator not speaking any english, he arrived about 2 hours after the time that was given. They then charged an extra 5 dollars on top of the fees for the miles. Check your statement they will try to sneak it on I would not recommend and if AAA assign them to you. You should decline and request another tow.

Horrible drivers, we didn't call a tow truck but in the process of picking up another car he hit my sisters car. Hire mature and experienced drivers . The driver looked 12 , and the manager refused to speak to us. You're better off calling AAA

I am not a customer; I am just a driver that witnessed terrible, dangerous driving by an Alamo Towing flat-bed truck. The driver made an illegal U-turn and held up traffic, then blatantly ran a red light. If the company wants to see dashcam video of their driver's terrible skills, feel free to reply.

Alamos towed my vehicle in October of 2020 after hitting a cat and getting some front end damage. They kept my vehicle in their possession for almost 10 days. Within that period they parked it illegally in Miami and the vehicle received a citation. They also scratched the sides of my car and reacted with utter surprise that I would be upset. Never did they take responsibility for their actions until I got the courts involved and they applied the citation to alamos towing and my insurance also forced them to pay out for repairing the scratches they applied to my car. A disgusting work ethic that is non existent. They seemingly prefer to destroy someone's vehicle than do what their jobs are. Stay away from this corrupt business by all means. They are the worst towing company in south Florida. Period.

I called roadside assistance at 10.35 pm. Was given 90 minute estimate. At 2:30am still nothing. Said i could leave car and they would pick up. At 5am finally got a call they were picking car up. At 6 am got message my ticket was complete. MY CAR HAS BEEN MISSING EVER SINCE!! Tow company doesn't answer phone and even the roadside assistance and AAA can not get an answer as to what they did with my vehicle! Its 14 days later and i still am without my car. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I can not believe how many different roadside services use the as their tow company after reading these reviews!

NEVER use this tow service. They were dispatched by AARP and texted they were in route. Waited for nearly 3 hours without any further contact. I then canceled them and AARP. Both are useless.

This company is horrible. It is apparently the contracted towing service for Mazda Roadside Assistance and USAA Insurance and it is a joke. No one picks up calls if you are checking on your expected towing service and the voice mailbox is full. Mazda Dealerships and Mazda Corp promote the offer of free roadside assistance, but when you have a problem using this towing service, the dealership tells you it is a third party company and is not their problem. When you finally get someone through the Mazda Roadside Assistance, the advisor is clearly "off-shore" and barely speaks recognizable English. You are being duped thinking you have roadside assistance through your car company.... my suggestion is just pay for towing or get AAA.... This company, Alamos, sucks. Stay away. Buyer beware.

one star is being generous. absolute worst towing company i have encountered! Roadside assistance connected me to them. Made the call at about 9:20 didn’t have a tow truck to me until about a little past 1AM! Waited several hours with my 3 year old son until his father picked him up after work. Communicated with the dispatcher several times, the first time at 11ish i called for an ETA he says it should be about 30min until they’re on their way. I mentioned that the automated message stated anywhere between 10:30-10:50 he said that’s just something Allstate makes up. About 45min later i call back for an update and his first response is “didn’t i just speak to you?” Ummmm yes 45 minutes ago.... “oh it’s been that long already” then proceeds to tell me how they had 4 tow trucks tonight but are down to 2 due to flat tires etc. and that it will be about another 30minutes once they fix their tire. Fast forward my phone died for no more than two minutes and when it turns on i get a call from the dispatcher saying his tower has been trying to get ahold of me. (Never received a call even before my phone died) when i get in touch with the tower he is rude, extremely unprofessional, and even argumentative when i let him know the dispatcher said i NEEDED to be there when they pick up the truck to sign paperwork and i wasn’t asked to sign anything at all and told by the tower that i could’ve left the keys and has the nerve to say “well you would’ve known that if you answered when i was calling you.” This is just scratching the surface a few main points of my experience but i absolutely felt disregarded because i was in what considered to be a safe area. If you’re coming out of your own pocket i would absolutely stay 100% clear from this company.

Due to the negligence of your driver, the car fell off the lift because Jose, your driver didn’t secure the car at all. Over $4,000 worth of damages & you refuse to pay for the damages. Stay very far away from this company! Not a single apology and acts like we are the ones who are at fault.
