Karen in sales did a great job. Inquired on Monday, figured out which diesel lawnmower will work the best for what we need. We settled on the ZD1011. Karen had it transferred in. We signed the financing paperwork and lo and behold… It was delivered Friday evening. We had the easiest help from Karen. Now don't let her name fool you, she is quite the opposite of your typical Karen. She is funny, knowledgeable and made the experience one of the best for my husband and I. (We do this whole putting our selves into debt thing a-lot). It was the easiest buying experience ever!! Even with microsoft being down on a FRIDAY, we were still in and out & had the mower in our possession the second everything was back up and running. THANK YOU KAREN. This will most likely not be the last time we come see you!

Just a shout out to the people at Crystal Tractor in Hastings. They did a great job knocking my deal out of the park. We had a few hiccups but they were able to step up and provide great customer service which is what it's all about!!! Crystal tractor is amazing. We needed some additional help understanding some new bells and whistles on a machine so we called Crystals Tractor and they sent someone out right away to help us understand each and every lever. I can't thank them enough for coming through and providing exceptional service. I highly recommend them for service on your tractor and equipment.

My husband and I were looking for a battery operated chain saw at many places on line my husband is on oxygen all the time making it hard to go to stores I called crystal tractor in hastings I spoke with glen at the parts department he took the time to se what our needs were and even sent all of the information via text messages we decided to buy our electric chain saw from him the next day glen even delivered our chainsaw to us went through everything with us from battery and charger to chain adjustment with us I wish all store employees were like glen very polite and professional we will buy from glen at crystal tractor in hastings again
