Very disappointed with the store. They didn't accept the spoiled caviar they sold the day before. I wanted to exchange for a fresh product, but they did not agree with that either. The expiration date is almost out, but it already tastes spoiled, all leaked out and dry on top. It's a shame that we bought a whole tray of 2 pounds. No one warned us that caviar could be spoiled. Caviar is absolutely different in taste than the one that we were given to try. On the day when we came to change the caviar, the seller girl agreed that the caviar already had a strange taste and it was all leaky, but still did not accept the goods

I guess this is the USA distributor of this fish I got at a Russian International store. The fish looked good in the package, but the taste was super salty and needed to be "de-brined". I guess this fish spices is actually from Siberia and seems to be an acquired taste. I'll not tgetthis fish again. It's called a Munsoon fish ... google it if you want.
