It’s always such a pleasure to go into this office from the smiling miss yamilet in the front to the funny administrator thats always soo caring, It really feels like family here. We love this place and would not change doctors for anything !!!

The service at the front desk was terrible. The person didn't attend to me and didn't listen to me. He refused me the service where I had an accident. I had to go to the emergency room and it was known to the doctor who has been my primary care doctor for more than three years. He denied that the doctor continued treating me nor did he see me. The atheist of saturating me, what do I have, I receive the worst attention, the empty office, he spoke English contemptuously, speaking badly of me, thinking that I would not understand him, I regret that the doctor has people because he is an excellent doctor, yes. One goes to the emergency room and it is known that your primary doctor will follow you up and even more so when we were in a hurricane and there was no work, the people did not have identification to know their name but those two ladies should not work in that office.

Worst service one can receive from the administrative staff, the doctor is very good, what a shame he has such inept, unprophenal people. Poor administrative staff. It's a shame because the doctor is very good, but it's better to look for a better alternative where one receives excellent service for which one pays. I hope the doctor sees these comments and communicates with the people they treat very badly.

WoW from Dr.Santiago and her knowledge to the nice young lady that checked me in and out miss yamilet and not to mention the sweetness I received from practice administrador lourdes, I would cry if they leave !!!!!!!!!
