Booked appt online to get a haircut ONLY. I have curly hair and had washed it and straighten it out the day before. When I arrived to my appt, I was told by the "stylist" she needed to moisten my hair so therefore, recommended a wash. Since she was going to get my hair wet anyways, I decided to go ahead and add the service (1 shampoo wash and blow dry = $55 charge). The girl ( can't remember her name, but she's short with butchered pixie cut) gave me the worst haircut I've ever gotten. I even showed her a picture of the look I was going for. Long layers on medium length hair. My hair was long enough to get a very similar cut (if not, same exact one), but somehow she managed to butcher it. She didn't even bother to make sure the layers were even. I noticed how bad and uneven the cut was after getting home. I ended up coming back after speaking with the owner, who did offer to correct the service and apologized for the bad experience. Only problem was she didn't even want to look at the haircut I initially wanted, saying "I already know the cut because everybody is getting it" . She evened out the layers, which ended up too short unfortunately. I was refunded the $30 for the cut and was honored another wash and blow dry (free), but really none of that will fix the cut. Overall, just a horrible experience since I ended up with something completely different than what I was hoping and excited to get. Owner shouldn't let that girl cut anyone's hair unsupervised.

Evelyn left my hair beautiful , she's so nice and precise with her work. It's hard to find someone to know how to work curly hair so amazingly. Everyone in the salon is very welcoming. Thank you!

went in for an eyebrow wax and they burned my skin and left my face red and irritated don’t recommendalso when the girl washed my hair she scrubbed way too hard and left the back of my head bruised from how rough she was going

Where do I start? Salon doesn't seem to be very interested in new customers , my experience was not too good and won't come back. I had an appointment at 1:30pm I was not called until like 35-40 minutes. The girl had really rough hands and did not seem to know how to blow dry curly hair, you're supposed to go section by section to blow dry hair not put your head down and blow dry. And then she did not curl my hair the way I asked supposedly because my hair was too short ( lies) my hair stylist curls my hair no matter the length, and also kept talking how damage my hair was and I did not feel comfortable at all the looks and the way she treated me. Espere como 30-40 minutos para ser atendida , la chica que me atendió no tenía idea como hacer secar pelo riso, en vez de partie el pelo en secciones me puso la cabeza para abajo y empezó a secar , horrible . Le pedí un tipo de peinado y me dijo mi pelo estaba muy corto para eso la cual es mentira porque mi pelo tiene suficiente largo para hacer risos con la tenaza o plancha. Estaba muy incómoda porque no se callaba de decirme lo maltratado que estaba mi pelo y además con la plancha que me pasó me rompió más el el pelo y lo incómoda que se veía secándome mi pelo , salí con el pelo feo con algo que me podía hacer yo misma y que no costaba 55 dólares. Zero profesionalismo en ese sitio y jamás volveré . Parece que no quieren más clientes

While visiting family in Haines City I took my daughter to get a haircut and her hair dye , we were treated with so much love and kindness by the staff they were very patient with my daughter as it was her first time at a salon. Evelyn and Lorraine, and Bané did an excellent job making both myself and my daughter feel comfortable, and we love the results from our visit. We will definitely be returning on our next visit. Thanks again lady’s for doing a wonderful and amazing job...

After years of searching for a hair salon we finally found it . Great place to get hair care done I brought my wife an she looks amazing the staff is very friendly and the definitely know what they are doing my wife has become a new client. you should give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

I went there yesterday the workers were really nice, The only issue Was that I told the girl not to leave conditioner in my hair because I have curly hair and I blow dry my hair and I know that if I go outside I’m going to look like the lion king which I told her and she said no that conditioner is going to leave your hair beautiful however I left the salon and went to pick up my kids in school and after I was done my hair looked horrible it look like if I just woke up and on top of that when I woke up this morning I looked at my forehead and I still have hair dye stains they should at least put Vaseline around the surface before dying someone’s hair so that won’t happen I am very upset because it was not cheap and this is the first experience in a salon that I ever had that was like that I will never go back to this place is sad to say I look like if I let a little girl do my hair smh!

I googled best hair salon in Polk County. Bellas Divas Salon has the best rating closest to home and work. I was very nervous. But I read the reviews and saw photos and wow!!! I went and what a great job. So glad I did. Cutting hair is an art and these ladies are artist. All staff members are so nice and welcoming. This will be my new salon hands down. I showed a picture of what I wanted and it's exactly what I got. ?
