Initially went to him to support a local small business was charged almost $200 for services & parts. When I received my bike, it wouldn’t stay in gear my gears were slipping. I contacted Kyle he told me I could bring the bike back in and he would take a look at it. I returned with my bicycle and was met with a very unprofessional and hostile confrontation at the shop stating he doesn’t warranty anything!!. Scolding me with the fact that He’s a small business owner, I was somehow trying to get away with “some thing”.?! I expressed my confusion and concern as to why? I called him & checked before returning. and when I returned he was repeatedly stating that“He does not warranty any of his work”He is a cash only business, and I would be the only person who received warranty work in his shop all year..He then stated he would look @it. I reluctantly left my bike at a shop, I returned to pick up my bike and he claimed that I had stored my bicycle improperly and that is why it comes out of gear while riding it. At this point, I just wanted to leave the business and never return. I went to ride my bike immediately after retrieving it, and now it is even worse! ??

I'm giving 3 stars only because of the costumer service I received and also witnessed another costumer receive. Not great to say the least, but my bike was fixed properly in under an hour. 2 tubes and 2 tires for $104 and some change. Cash only.

I am so impressed by this bike shop! Not only do they do a great job, but their customer service is awesome. I had a bike that I loved in really rough shape and they brought it back to life! It now looks great and is running smoothly. I definitely recommend supporting this local business! ?

I called this morning to inquire about two things: whether or not they buy unused new bikes and if they have the model of the bike I’m looking to purchase. As soon as I politely asked if they purchased bikes, I was cut off before I could finish my sentence and met immediately with, “No, call a pawn shop.” And was hung up on before I could even respond and ask my second question. I’m looking for bikes for myself and my family, and wanted to support a small, local business but this was just rude and disappointing.

Kyle is awesome! Definitely recommend coming here if you're looking for a unique used bike or to get your bike fixed or accessories. Fixed my tires/brakes in no time!

My 18 speed bike's shifting cables appeared to be shredding so I took it to Sunshine Rides since my husband had taken his bike there for a tuneup and was pleased with the service and prices. Kyle was able to give me an estimate and said he expected the service to be completed within a week. To my delight he called the following day to say the work was finished and I could pick up the bike. The final bill turned out to be much less than the estimate because he was able to re-use the cables since it was only the cable housings that were shredded. I recommend this shop for bicycle repairs done competently at fair prices.* Note: This is a cash-only business so be prepared. Kyle informed me when I left the bike there and again when he called to let me know it was ready.

Dropped off my vintage 97 Cannondale road bike for a full tune up. Did an amazing job! Like having a brand new bike. I couldn't be more stoked with the finished product. He got it banged out in no time. Would highly recommend this little local bike shop.

While working on my bike gear cable I tore it. Gave in and called this shop. Great customer service, quick repair (within a few hours), and they even replaced the gear shifter that was broken. They didn't up charge anything upsurd and the vibe is genuine, good people working hard. If you need a bike repair, come here because they're not only trust worthy, fast, and not overpriced but they took the time to add these caps on my loose cable wire that I know I broke off accidentally yesterday. They didn't even mention it. Just fixed it to be courteous. Great people. Cash only so be prepared but they have an atm.

Best shop in the area. Great service and prices. If you are looking for quality work at great prices, bring your bike to Sunshine. If you want a glossy over-priced clothing and accessories dealer-look elsewhere. Highly recommended this shop!
