Honestly I use this laundry mat because it's the cheapest one I've ever found hands down. But it's in desperate need of repair and remodel. Over half of the dryers are broken. There are also roaches at night always seen and on top of that it's always filthy. I actually pick it up with gloves before I start my loads. I think they need to make the many repairs needed and then put in place a better security system. You must spend money to make money sometimes.

Staying in Gulfport for the holidays and a month after so needed to find a place to do the wash. Saw this on-line and it was close. The pictures on their website must have been taken when it first opened because on 12/28/22 when I was there it looked like it hadn't been cleaned since Clinton was President. What a mess. Half of the washers and dryers were broken. It looked as though the vandals took over at night. I can't imagine what the restroom looked like and don't want to. A very nice lady doing her weekly wash told me which machines worked. She stated the owner never comes in and when he does he tells the customers that "he's getting new machines". In a high tourist area like Gulfport, you'd think that this would be a real money maker if it was kept up. Mr. Owner - you'd better so something before all that's left are wires hanging out of the walls where the machines used to be.Three positives: 1) there were coins in the change machines (guess the thieves hadn't figured how to bust into them, though the holes in the wall below it looked like attempts had been made2) the clothes actually were clean and the dryers that worked did a good job3) I didn't have to walk over a sleeping body to get insideThis is the kind of laundromat that is in the movies and not in a good way.

Nearly every machine is broken.....washers that don't run cold water, some don't run any water. Dryers that don't dry. Trash everywhere. The place has gone down the tubes

The absolute worst laundromat experience I’ve ever had. For one, the washers and dryers are very outdated and small. On top of that half of them(literally 50% ) were out of order. And 70% of the dryers were not working. There is not restroom on the property. And to make matters worse mid wash, giant roaches came out of nowhere. This place is a disaster.

I used to really like this place but over the past few months it has gone to hell. Half the machines regularly have tape over them indicating they don’t work, and half the ones that don’t have tape don’t work either.

Not enough dryers that work- 6+ dryers have been broken for months. Change machine doesn't always work. A few of the large washers have been broke down for some time. When I go to the laundromat every 2 weeks, I need 3 large washers and 6 dryers. I usually have to wait for a dryer and I try to go at the slower times. Lint is not cleaned out from dryers which is a fire hazard.

It was very clean and nice but there were only a couple of dryers available. What point is it to have a bunch of washers available.if you only have a couple dryers working? We had to take our stuff to a different laundromat to dry them. Very inconvenient.

Been here many times. But today more than half the machines do not work. None of the big ones work. What a nightmare. Change machine only takes small bills. Yuk

If I could give zero stars I WOULD!! It's trashed, dirty, change machines are empty and bathroom facility is boarded up...on top of that, half of the machines are out of order! I called months ago, when I last used the laundromat and they asked me to come back again and give them another chance. I did and the place is worse than it was. Not sure if this is the right business for y'all...its failing big time.
