Some items are twice as much as Walmart. It's absolutely ridiculous. Will vote with dollars next time by choosing another grocery store.

A newer store, service is spotty, parking and the area is over taxed, to a point of just being a very dangerous do to ill planning and constant construction. The whole area is a area to avoid. As a bonus there is no self checkout.

Produce is fresh (much better than their competitors). Employees are easy to find, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I went to Publix after working today and thought I would try the deli again. The last time I walked off during my sandwich experience. I stood there 5 minutes while the guys stood talking and ignoring me. So, I decided to talk to a manager and that went as expected but I was hungry and just shopped anyway. I was at the checkout and as usual the manager's on duty were standing there and Paul gave me a very nasty look and I told the girl to void my transaction and guess who voided it, Paul. I asked for the store manager and she was gone for the day. I guess I'm old fashion and believe in customer service. I will not going back.

So being as I'm not a huge one to complain I've gotta say something.
My wife and I took our kids to get some pub subs and there was only one lady named Mani sitting there making subs (no biggie we don't mind waiting) so finally we got up to our turn and proceeded to tell her our orders she then pointed at my wife and said "what does she want" my wife then answered and from that moment from that moment forward she was so rude she still made our food but was passively malicious while making our subs I asked for more sauce she ignored me wrapped it and I asked again she said well it's already wrapped then gave the same attitude to my wife all while our kids are just standing here we decided just to get them chicken to avoid dealing with this worker I can 100% assure you next time we will drive all the way to Navarre next time we want subs
