It's really hit or miss. Some of the staff are very professional and nice. Others are rude and seem to lack proper socialization skills. Forget calling them to check if your prescription is ready to pick up; they'll say no (without taking any information from you to actually check) and hang up by dropping the phone.

I was recently diagnosed with pneumonia.After 9 days in the hospital, I was released on 11/16, with 4 prescriptions called in.Publix takes its own sweet time with getting the scripts filled. One on 1 day, maybe 2 the next. Meds are important and should not be distributed in this mammer.

Staff is wonderful always willing to go the extra if there is a issue with a prescription they get on the issue
