I am filling out a recommendation on Verizon agent Eman YEAMEN on Lake Worth Rd. in Lake Worth, FL 33467. I was ready to switch Verizon to another company due to the fact it took me three days to try to solve my paying off my phone, and nobody would help me for three days on the telephone spoke to nine agents so to make this a conclusion he was so articulate he was so knowledgeable. He was such a professional agent. He must be an asset to the company because being a retired teacher, his articulation discourse was phenomenal so hopefully that you’re going to recognize him through my little recommendation that I am doing. I had a little surgery so I’m doing it through the phone on the voicemail so I hope you do receive this. I will continue with My Verizon that I loved in another state but moving here to Florida I’ve had nothing but problems, thank you very much and please Yemen is an asset to the company. You should have more people like him for a job.

We walked into the Greenacres store and Bryson greeted my son and I immediately. His service and expertise are amazing in all things cellular at the store. He is an asset to the company and just wanted to commend him for helping us square away all our needs with our phones quickly. Thank you for having amazing employees like Bryson. This is why I have always stayed with Verizon for over 22 years.

Amazing service !!
He gave me such a fantastic experience. I was eligible for an upgrade plus he let me know that I could trade in my old phone for a credit towards my total. Further, he told me this location offers lifetime phone case replacements for free!!
He was so knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you for your help!

I just don’t agree with the attitude of I can’t help unless your buying something, I have simple questions with simple answers and in the store doesn’t want to provide customer support, Verizon should fix this structure to serve its current clients
