“Awesome experience. I showed up after a failed walk in attempt at another quest at 7:15. Employees were so nice. They said they had 20 appointments but they try to squeeze in walkins. They said 30 to 60 minutes minimum.
I signed in and took a seat. They were moving through patients really fast. I got called in at 7:40. The girl who drew my blood was so cheerful and polite and extremely good at her job. I don't even have a bruise.
I just had an absolute wonderful experience at this Quest.
I would also like it to be known that I went on this adventure to find a walk-in appointment because I am a type 1 diabetic and my sugar was extremely low this morning. If I had waited for my appointment time I would have dropped too low.
Because these people were so amazing and got me in I was able to have my blood drawn today instead of having to eat something which would have been validated all my fasting blood work and I would have had to reschedule for another day and possibly delayed my doctor's appointment.
So kudos to the ladies at this location thank you so much.”

“Had a great experience with my tech Lanise (hope I spelled it correctly ?). She was professional, she was nice and all my testing was completed on time. I had to get drawn at three different times in accordance to the guidelines for my test and she got them all on the first try, no pain, no bruising.”
“Quest Diagnostics has many locations you can choose from by using their online website, as well as the time slot that fits your schedule. Check-in from your phone when you arrive.”
“I had to get blood work done on my 3 months old which is not an easy task. She has such tiny veins, but Felicia got it done in record time and with as minimal tears as possible for doing blood work on a baby. The checkin process was literally just clicking a link on my phone and we were seen within 5 minutes of arriving for our appointment. I cannot recommend quest (Felicia specifically) enough. It can be traumatizing taking blood from an infant for everybody involved, but this was so easy and completely different from my experience of having her blood drawn at the hospital (traumatizing).”

“Everything works at Quest except your reception kiosk which has no attendant when it fails the customer. Otherwise appointments are respected and I am received with courtesy and efficiency. Phlebotomists are competent and quick. Instructions are clear. Restrooms for samples are well marked, clean and adequate .Wish there were paper towels and not air blowers ugh. Quest meets my needs for regular lab work on schedule and with respect for my needs.”
