“Had amazing customer service from Bill, the store manager today. He did not have what I was looking for in his store, so he tried to have it transferred from another Crown store, but could not promise to get it by monday . I needed it for a birthday gift on monday. He actually googled other liquor stores and started calling several of them for me until he found it at one of his competitors. He then gave me directions on how to get there. He really went above and beyond for me without my asking him to do so! I was very grateful and thankful!”

“I couldn't wait till I got home to post about this place. I have been coming to this store for years at least 3+ and I just left there after not being there for over a year. It looks absolutely fantastic! so neat and organized and stellar prices. ?? ✨️ and to make your experience even better the employees who work there end up becoming more like friends. they are so kind and always smiling. I love coming here although it's out of my way if I can make it here I will! especially beacsue their hours are unbeatable. you won't be disappointed. give Liqour Direct a try! “The staff is hit or miss with excellent service! I was there a few weeks ago restocking my champagne. The African American lady (sorry I did not get her name). Went above and beyond excellent service at checkout she engaged me about champagne and came from behind the counter and helped me select a better bottle at a better price ( I ended up buying 3) HOWEVER was there last Thursday and although I was the only "customer" in the store it seemed like a burden that the 3 employees had to stop talking and ring up my purchase! SMH!”

“I stopped in early on New Years Eve needing a high end Bourbon last minute. The staff at the store on 15th Ave in Ft Lauderdale Could not have been more helpful and accommodating. While I don’t know everything in the world about bourbon I do know what I like. They were incredibly knowledgeable with their products and the differences between them. Everyone in there was so nice. I will definitely be back.”

“I went to Ross a few weeks ago i,wanted to get so chocolate ,I picked up a package of the Ferrero Rocher but there was a hole in the package that appears to be eaten by a rodent,I pick up another and that too was eaten ,I found 3 packages that was eaten , and the shelf that theywhere on had bits and pieces of the chocolate wrapper all over ,I took the packages to the check out person and she put it on a shelf next to her and act as if it's nothing, I said to her you need to inform the manager about this because It appears to be eaten by rats she casually say ok yes.i went back 3 days in a row to see if they clean the shelf up but the bits and pieces remain there for a few days before it was eventually clean.i was very disappointed. But the upside is I love ross I just hope the worker be more proactive and clean the shelves with the food every day to ensure the foods are safe to eat. It's still my #1 store.they change staff regularly , the staff was more friendly back then,there are still a few good ones there.”
