Rude! Made me cry. Very frustrating. Refused to sell me a clock. Charged the woman in front of me $5000 for taking apart her watch before they came to an agreement.

I recommend going there especially if you like being disrespected by an under 60 iq guy, for asking questions regarding an expensive watch you consider buying. After you enjoyed the treatment and saved yourself 1k or more that you could have bought you an old watch, leave and let him get back at trying to insult other potential customers.

My Rolex band broke. I sent it to Rolex to have it repaired. It broke at the link and needed a new pin. Rolex refused to repair it. Rolex said that I had to buy a new band for $22,000. It was a simple repair, and when nobody else would do the repair Time connection did. They fixed it while I waited and took them less than 20 minutes. I highly recommend their service. They were friendly. They were knowledgeable and they were able to get the job done, right!

very bad and poor communication skills, asked him for a quote for a routine cleaning of a pocket watch this place would not give any minimum price quote or maximum price quote over the phone. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. This place several other bad reviews by other people on here as well.

I went in to have links taken out of my match they where mavodo watches, he quoted me $120 because he said they where expensive watches went next door to pawn shop had it done for $20?

A bad experience. Time Connection is a one-man operation located in a low-rent part of Gainesville Florida. The owner is dishonest and greedy. He prefers cash (note this IRS) and doesn't like to return change. Every time I took a watch in for a simple battery change, he claimed there was battery leakage and what should have been a $10 charge turned into a $150 charge. He tried to charge me $100 for a watch bracelet screw the size of a rat dropping. The store is absolutely filthy. There are several other watch repair places in town. Patronize them.

Dud will try to cheat you, I got him to replace a watch band and a battery we agreed on 65 when I come back he's like, "No is 130," I had to threaten to call the police to get my watch back, total snake don't deal with him.
