I worked next to Hayes Jewelry for about two years and have had nothing but lovely experiences with Pearse and his staff. Pearse is a class act. I recently had my watch band sized and asked for the wrong number of links out. They fixed it so fast and took the time to explain (for fun) all the questions I had about how my watch works. Fit is perfect and I know he’d do it again if it wasn’t right. I also trust that when I’m buying jewelry they are being authentic to my needs and budget first; profit last.

Can not express my gratitude enough for Hayes. The customer service is beyond believable, you truly feel like your the most important client. I was heart broken when I took my broken engagement ring in, the comfort and care they took just to ensure I was reassured and secured with the process. Well worth every penny.

Stopped by for the first time the other day to fix a watch band I had messed up while resizing.The associates at Hayes attended to me immediately and were beyond kind from the moment I entered to the moment I stepped out. Today was the first time I've ever been in Hayes Jewelry. I was delighted with their outstanding customer service. My watch wristband needed to be replaced. It's such an odd size that I had purchased a second wristband at another jeweler's store two years ago. When I presented my spare band and asked if he would replace it for me, his response was "absolutely!" After he replaced it and gave my watch back to me, I asked how much I owe you and he said no charge. I protested, but he again said no charge. Mr. Pearse was so nice and helpful! It's so refreshing to still have a local jewelry store that makes you feel special and your business is appreciated. They have a beautiful selection of jewelry and you get that one on one attention to help you make the perfect choice! Every time I stop in here, I leave 100% satisfied! With so many small businesses that closed due to the effects of the pandemic, I am so glad that they are still here!
