  I follow Dr Ortiz to wherever she goes! She is fantastic, professional and very good vet!! The service Is great!! For that reason I go now to Banfield Hospital at Archer Rd. She is there now!!!

  Excellent dr's, always so compassionate and friendly. Shores does not pressure you to buy un needed things. highly recommend. I have had 2 cats pass away there and the staff is always so nice and caring. . Thanks D.r Ortiz for the hugs and making my last moments with Wolf a little better.
