Decent affordable tools the 1/2 braker bar with rubber handle is not worth the money. I have snapped 2 on small bolts! Most other tools last a while. Why don't any of the stores carry train horns In stock??

This HF location is among the best better inventory than Ocala but still not as good as lake city location. Automatic 5 star because it’s HF.

Unfortunately today they were out of everything i needed. Noone around to ask for help except the cashier (WITH 3 PEOPLE IN LINE). Otherwise it is usually a great place for occasional use tools. They have both low end as well as mid grade tools.

Needed a parts washer, checked website says in stock. Call store they say yes, great be there in morning. Arrive nothing on floor but display model, guy checks back of store nothing in house. Refused to sell unit from the floor. Wasted time and drove in from Newberry about 45-50 minutes x2 wasted. Need to work on online inventory tracking, its 2024 for crying out loud. Generally a good store but fell short with this experience.

I ordered a tool stand to be shipped. When I got it, the hardware was missing. I had my friend take it back to the store. The manager on duty said they have to have a receipt. I have bought thousands of $ worth of products from Harbor Freight. I have never had this issue. I even sent my credit card with my friend. These people were not helpful at all. I will not be back.

The Kings of Bait and Switch. They show one low price on line and then when you get to the store the price is 10 or 15% higher. Real kosher thieves.
