WORST body shop ever!!! They did substandard collision work. I never thought standards could be so bad. $6800 of work and panels don't align, front grill fell off two different times while driving, passenger door doesn't open from inside because they can't fix a simple problem. DO NOT use them for body work. Gave them 1 star because I can't give them negative stars.

Just no! Check engine light came on, went somewhere else to get it checked out and found out that my oil filter had not been changed in a hot while yet at their service papers had told me that they had done every time I went in for a oil change, which clearly they had not done! so now I have other issues and when I went to talk to the service manager he says one thing doesn't have to do with the other which is clearly a lie. So I will definitely not be returning!!! Super untrustworthy! Not doing regular maintenance that they said was done. Nope!!! Pic is of my 2 1/2 month old filter

Sept. 22, 2022 Had called about a Sorento V6 awd about a week ago drove down from Jacksonville, Fl only to find out how unprofessional. They really are Rus was the sales man I liked the suv and said lets work some numbers next thing I knew he wanted to sign a stack of documents before I found out the payments and interest rate. I refused then he polity slammed down the pen and got an attitude because I refused to sign. He mentioned he was a local pastor well he should not be dishonest in his work. Then he handed me a payment sheet which stated the payments nothing else payments 150.00 more a month then what I told him I needed to stay at. Enough was Enough I walk out....

Not a place I'd recommend. Our Chevy volt had a problem with its axle nut coming loose, which is quite common for this model. Of course I didn't know about it and the car was just making a clicking noise. I had to agree to about $220 fee to have it diagnosed although they "fixed" it in minutes without performing the actual diagnosis (I asked what tests they've done and was told so). They simply retightened the nut despite GM's recommendation of a replacement of a larger, beefier version of the nut; the nuts are also the torqued-to-yield type that should not be reused, especially since it's come loose in the first place! I called around other Chevy dealers, this is the most expensive as far as diagnostic fee is concerned, twice as much as one place I eventually visited in Chiefland.

I went into this dealer today after seeing a vehicle online. I was told their online price was not correct and I should add $5000 to that price. Isn't this false advertising??? If they advertise a price they should stand behind it. I will tell everybody not to shop there

I arrived this morning and was greeted by Mr Jared, and he informed me that there was more cars behind their building. I went looking, and found a gorgeous Lexus I was interested in. I parked my car, went in to speak to Jared and took it for a test drive. He wasn't to knowledgeable on the car, but neither was I. Together we googled the reliability, features, and gas milage and learned how awesome the car is. I was sold! I found the car on the website and it was 5k UNDER the current sticker price. They priced matched it to! Went to get a estimate trade in and the offer was lower than CarMax's so I told them I'm going to sell my car there and use the money as a down payment. While at carmax I kept a open line of communication with the sales man, and Jared even came and picked me and my belongings up after I sold my car! So I'm back at Davis Mazda, sign my papers to run the credit and hand him my license. He goes to the managers office, and the manager steps out with bad news. They SOLD THE CAR FROM UNDER ME. Someone put a deposit down over the phone while I was gone selling my car! I was LIVID. So, here I am, at a car lot where the only car I wanted to buy was now not available, and I have no vehicle to leave in. Jared is visibly distraught, he seemed to be blind sided too. I left, I needed to cool down. I walked over to Davis Chevrolet and asked to speak the the General Sales Manager over both Davis location. Mr Jose took me to the back office room and I discussed this situation with him, and he was already aware of it. The day prior to me showing up another client came in and was interested in the same Lexus. Yet, he wanted to finance through his bank. So he left, and went to finance the car through his bank. I did not know. While I was there the first time, he called Mr Jose and wanted to put a deposit down over the phone since his bank approved him for the car. But I was on premise, and according to there rules, whoever is on premise has rights. When I advised Mr Jared I was leaving to sell my car and be right back, Mr Jared advised his sales manager at Mazda, but that information never got to Mr Jose. Mr Jose saw that I left and was no longer on the premises. He didn't call the manager at Davis Mazda or Mr Jared to see what situation happened with me, and instead called the previous client back and accepted the deposit. Mr Jose did not notify Mr Jared or the other manager that he accepted a deposit at that time and the Lexus was "sold" so they did not notify me when I was in the process of selling my car to carmax. I was not offered to "put a down payment" or "start a credit application" to secure the purchase of the Lexus. Instead, I thought me saying that I'm selling my car now and keeping a open line of communication with the salesman while In the process was enough to show how serious I was. Needless to say, I had to get a ride back to my house since I no longer have a car and couldn't find a vehicle I liked at Davis Mazda/Chevrolet. I was left stranded by the management and miscommunication. I just came home after spending 4.5 years in the Army at Fort Campbell KY, and tried to treat myself to a new car. Now I have no vehicle but my motorcycle, and I hope the weather stays clear until I find something. Jared if you're reading this, I know it was not your fault. You were amazing, truly one of the best salesman I've met. He honestly cares, is not pushy, and willing to learn. If this company loses him, it'll be a loss for Davis Mazda/Chevrolet but a win for Mr Jared. Jared, you get 5 stars my man. Moving forward. This place needs a SERIOUS upgrade in communication. What's done is done, and we couldn't find a vehicle to make it right. I glad it happened to me and not a family that desperately needed this vehicle. When someone says "hey I'm going to sell my car to carmax (2 miles up the road) because they will give me more money, then I'll use that money for a down payment on your car so please don't sell it&a

I had used KBB Instant Cash Offer to get a value on my vehicle. I chose another dealer to make an appointment with to have it evaluated. I received a text message from Mark Gauthier asking if I would consider bringing my car in for him to make me an offer. Since I had already made an agreement to use another dealer I declined his offer. After going to my appointment and not being happy with the way they did business I decided to contact Mark at Davis Chevrolet and bring my vehicle to him. He was professional and offered me more than the KBB cash offer and when I decided to sell my car to him he completed the paperwork and had us on our way in no time. If I were in the market for a new car I would definitely recommend stopping by Davis Chevrolet and asking for Mark Gauthier. He is straightforward, helpful and followed through with everything he promised.

I would like to think the GM of Davis Chevrolet for being honest and true to his word. I put down a deposit on a truck in March 2021 to be built by GM and delivered. I was contacted several months later and advised due to restrictions that that vehicle would not be built. The salesperson tried to help me out by getting something to replace it and i did sign a deal but in the end some events beyond my control happened and i had to back out. I was told that i wouldn't get deposit back because of this . I got a call back in July and explained whath happened and today i received my deposit back in the mail. They made a bad experience into a postive one. Thank YOU Davis Chevrolet!!!! Went above and beyond in customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I found the service advisor Christian at this dealer to be uncooperative and combative. This is a simple repair to a drivers side window motor and regulator. The labor including diagnosis was 80 percent high. The parts pricing was $20.00 higher than list price. The shop was unwilling to: 1. adjust the labor pricing. 2. adjust the dealer parts pricing to GM factory list price. 3. install aftermarket parts for a car that is 8 years old. I'll bet if it was one of their used cars they would have no problem using aftermarket parts. I paid for the diagnosis, pulled the car and took it to another dealer.

Avoid at all costs. The diagnostic fee was nearly 3 times as much as another Chevy dealership would charge. Then the quote for the work was 79 percent higher than what another dealership did the work for. I was quoted $3400 for a job I just paid $1900 to have done (both of those numbers are before tax). Yes, my car has been repaired by a Chevy dealership for $1900. This kind of outright price gouging for both the diagnostic service and the quote for the work is criminal. I will never set foot in this dealership or service department ever again. Stay far away!
