Very Professional employees but it was Friday and pouring rain . I'm 75 weeks walker , therefore the employee ( she ) had to leave her teller post to HOLD THE NON HANDICAP DOOR . But they were booked !! Finally near 5 Pm Jeffrey did help me open a new Chase checking acct . But the wait on debit card was very long because I needed it immediately. I had just fallen VICTIM TO A HUGE FRAUD TO ALL MY 7 accounts at TRUIST AND GETTING THEM UNBLOCKED WAS ONLY POSSIBLE BECAUSE I KNOW MY INVESTMENT BANKER.
