I drive 1 hour to this facility for open business account, when be there at 3:50 pm BEN THIEROFF SAID ME IS TIME TO CLOSE AND WE DONT HAVE TIME TO OPEN BUSINESS ACCOUNT, we have checking accounts for more than 10 years

Been a chase customer for 15 + years. Always courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They've got me every time something goes wrong with a merchant- always on their customers behalf and great problem solving. I only would like more cash back offers on some not so high end merchants so I can spend a bit more sometimes. Otherwise I would not bank anywhere else!

After reading the reviews, it’s clear this bank only caters to one type of customer. Jon was very rude and arrogant. Didn’t really want to help me at all. I’ll be banking with another institution by the end of the week. Thanks.

The manager make me go to another location, she was rude and when other employer try to help she block him with a bad attitude, it looks like in that bank she make the policy not chase

Not happy with this unprofessional banking company. Don’t you dare try to control what I can and cannot buy if I’m the individual making the purchase. This is why cash is so important. BANKS DO NOT CARE FOR THE PEOPLE!

very unsatisfactory service. had to wait 40 minutes for quarters. the teller was very homophobic and refused my husband and I service until he could locate his supervisor.

Huh. So that was weird. Went in to pay a credit card bill at the teller line. And they get three stars because I was able to do what I came in to do.Where it went off the rails: I asked what the fees are for a new checking account. Open an account, new business, any bank should encourage this, right? The teller told me that she can’t tell me the fees because “I’m not a banker.” Okay, I thought. Division of labor, whatever. When she apologized, I said “no worries. If you don’t know, I can look it up online.” Then she said: “Oh no. I KNOW the answer [to your question.] I’m not allowed to tell you.”Whatever genius in management made it this way: you deserve a dope smack. I’m no business major, but when someone inquires about doing business with your company, I’m struggling to imagine why one would ever want to make that hard.

So after cashing a check, woman at this branch says in a high pitched frendly voice, "No we no longer allow any of our customers to use our washrooms and we don't know if they'll ever be able to use them again. You have to go to Starbucks next door and use theirs". So Starbucks had no problem with me thank God! Really makes a lot of sense doesn't it? Stupid.
