I went there twice to upload some documents for my card application and none of them worked. I just don't get it how could they fail on such an easy thing.

This is a great bank. The employees are very nice and helpful. It is the most convenient location from campus, it is not a far walk from most places. They have 3 ATMs, one is located outside and two are inside. The ATMs inside are accessible even when the bank is closed.

I don't like their requirements for avoiding "monthly service fees" for having a checking account. One of the ways to avoid a fee is to make a direct deposit of $500 for the statement period but a simple transfer won't work. Avoid these hidden fees by putting your money in a credit union instead.
