Beautiful store! I'll come back again when I have more time to browse around. Lovely selection of perfumes. The cashier was really friendly as well.

Called store manager prior to driving to store to order an online item. Was assured it would not be a problem. Upon entering, staff huddled around cash register chatting. Manager didn’t assist cashier making the order. I questioned the process (using gift cards and credit card for remaining balance). Management only then came over to assist. She assured me it was done correctly. Two hours later, I receive e-mail my order cancelled. Per customer service, the store did it incorrectly and customer service cannot take payment over the phone. Sorted it out with another store in Jax. Go to another Anthro, not Gainesville’s.

I ordered two dresses from this store a couple of months ago (spend over $170.00) the order NEVER arrived and they claim to have sent it but when I ask for proof of delivery they never provide it. I asked for a refund as well and they did not care to help me. Worst customer experience ever. Never order online from this store.

It’s a good looking store with interesting merchandise and nice people behind the counter. But the young people are completely untrained how to wrap the purchased items. Since it’s notorious there, the management should take the problem more seriously.

Worst anthropologie location ever. Let me start off by saying that I love anthropologie and I have gone to the store in the many cities that I’ve lived in. The management at this location is absolutely horrible and make the simplest of exchanges for just size differences an absolute nightmare. Customer service will approve my exchange, then I go in the store and they just flat out deny it for no reason. Don’t recommend this location at all.

When I arrived I began by browsing the lovely home decor. The displays were beautiful.4 sales associates were huddled at the register conversing with each other. [I considered what many reviewers wrote in regard to "challenging" customer service]. I waited to be acknowledged (First rule of Great Service)-- which did not happen. Instead, I approached them with a question regarding an item in front of me (this was about 50' from said register), they chose not to walk over-- they spoke the question from the register. Apparently, the items for sale sell themselves ????

such a beautiful store! Always have great sales and merchandise. The downfall lies with their customer service. Each time I’ve been to this store there’s been a surplus of associates/mgrs on the floor yet none of them seem to want to help you. They will actually vacate their section to get away from you. The girls are catty and condescending. I have shopped at this location several times; each time I “sign up” for the email program yet they can never find my account the next visit - and they never offer to sign you up. You have to ask yourself.For such a beautiful store, you would hope the atmosphere and customer service reflected that.

I would not give them a star period. By far the rudest management I have ever encountered. They talk to you like you are below them and they are very condescending. I had a return and the instructions online told me to bring the item to the store and show them a barcode for the return. I get there and am told Anthropologie’s system is incorrect and I can’t return the item. They were not helpful and extremely rude. I would suggest getting nicer employees otherwise this location will lose revenue merely because of the atmosphere. No one even says hello when you enter the store, most are just standing around. None are friendly. I do a lot of online shopping with Anthropologie, but honestly after seeing the type of people they hire for their stores I will spend my money elsewhere.

Like other reviewers before me, I too was “qualified” at this store. Browsed around for 20 minutes and no one spoke to me. I bought some new glassware but even the cashier was an icebox. I was in the market for some new clothes for Christmas, but that’s ok, another nearby shop got my money today!!

Always an excellent place to shop, I'm always greeted right away and the sales associates are helpful. I've spent a ton of money here but the quality is good for the price. I read the other reviews and my black self didn't have any problems so it must be them.

My boyfriend gave me $400 to spend here and I tried on one outfit and didn't like the fit and was about to buy something else instead of a tight dress. The steamer was so rude by the way she snatched the outfit from me. I was so embarrassed I just left. Usually someone would ask like can I help you find something different similar to this idk or at least I'm sorry that didn't work out for you can I help you find something else. idk. I usually feel obligated to buy something when I walk into a store but this time I felt pressured to leave asap.

My friend and I entered this store on a beautiful Sunday evening and we were not greeted by anyone that worked in there!! After being passed by associate after associate, still NOTHING!! They were talkative with the “white” customers but nothing for us “black” girls!! Sad world we still live in.
