Hands down the absolute worst bank I own a local company and my clients wrote me a check came here to cash it and these people inside are just rude and don’t have no idea what there doing I bank with United community and they never are this slow nor hard to worth with I definitely recommend them over anyone trying to open an account here.

I don't think I've ever written a review for a bank, but I had to for this one. I visited this Truist branch while traveling so that I could open more business accounts, and Connie Speller helped me open them.It was, by far, the best experience I've ever had opening bank accounts. Connie was extremely nice and helpful. She went through the fee schedule with me for each account so that I could pick the one that worked for me.Thanks Connie! You are the best.

Called and left messages for the manager but never received a call back. Associates are unable to help and just give 1-800 number for assistance.

The most pleasant time opening up new accounts with Connie Speller. I was a walk-in (should've made an appointment). Connie made it painless and quick! I believe the people make the company, and this time was no exception

Opened a business account and started getting a $15 fee on every incoming wire transfer. Didn't want to pay the fee so started requesting checks, but then when you deposit the checks they put a hold on them. Suntrust was always laughably bad and Truist is just more of the same.

The kind ladies at the Ractrack location have always been so helpful. I’ve visited them for simple transactions as well as payment disputes and notary signing and I’ve always been helped quickly and with excellent service. I will go months without visiting but they will still remember my name and make me feel welcome

I would never bank here! For the 2nd time in only a couple of years, I've gone to this branch to find a hand-written sign on the door that they were closed. Both times, I checked the hours online and then called the branch to verify the hours through their automated system.In both instances, I needed a branch or drive-thru on Friday afternoon and didn't have enough time to get to Destin before they closed. This last time, 2 weeks ago, I had to drive over an hour to get to a location open on Saturday mornings.

I am closing my account and going to another bank on Monday. I have been waiting for 2 weeks for a replacement debit card. I even went into my local branch on Wednesday to ask where it was and the manager said she saw that one had been ordered the previous Tuesday but she put in for another to be rushed to me. She told me that it will arrive on Friday. Today is Saturday and it never arrived. Tomorrow is Mothers Day and I have ZERO ACCESS to my MONEY. My daughter and I will be cancelling our plans and staying home tomorrow. Thanks SunTrust.
