We took some paint chips to get a matching paint yesterday. Waited forever for the guy to help one person. After finally getting up to speak to him we hand him the chips and he looks at them and tells me quickly they were too little. Didn’t seem right to me cause I have seen much less then and got a color so I went to Home a depot and gave them to them and he quickly took it with no question and gave me my color. The guy at Sherwin Williams was just a lazy good for nothing millennial that didn’t want to work. You lost my business forever because you hire people that could care less about ANYTHING. He should lose his job cause what good is he if he can’t even do his job. Pathetic!!!

Renovating a townhouse and building a new house have made us "Frequent Fliers" at Sherwin Williams recently. Sheila has always been there for us, always been great, and always had a solution for whatever color or surface problem we would bring her. Recently though, she was out of the office and we were helped by the new Assistant Manager Catherine. Well, if Sheila absolutely MUST take a day off, Catherine is the bomb-diggity and did a wonderful job helping us through a late evening "color emergency". We rolled in after 6:30 PM with a problem and a snapshot of a paint label, and she gave us options, talked us down off the ledge, mixed up a gallon of cure, and didn't bat a eye at the clock even once. We felt so welcome, so helped, and walked out with a perfect solution to our problem. If you know exactly what you want and need, go to a paint store. If you need quality, trained, experienced, friendly advice and help with your paint, go to THIS paint store. They're the best.

Sheila is the best! I called after spending 30 minutes in another location where they swore up and down it was impossible to find my invoice. Sheila was able to search at another store and find my paint and even texted me the code so I could have it made locally. I will now be driving 20 minutes out of my way to get better service. Thanks again, Sheila!
