We used the drive through to cash a check. There was no wait. They also gave us gave us the check registers we asked for without having to go inside.

Joining Regions local Bank was not a completly new experience, but it had been a while since I had Guardianship accounts there for about 18 years and it was a good fit then and it still seems to be for my purposes. The facility is plesent an up to date/moderen and the people are pleasant and easy to talk to and helpful with your dessions.I believe I wiill be satisfied with being back using their services.

I took some coins to be deposit in my checking account. The coins were pre-sorted and counted. I asked the teller if I needed to roll the coins beforehand and asked if there was a fee if they were not rolled. He said no. He dumped all of the coins I had counted and sorted into 1 large bag and sent me on my way. 2 days later a $5 coin service fee posted to my account. I called the bank to inquire. In short, I was charged 6.18% to make a deposit to my account. If I had been told there was a fee to deposit coins, I would have done something different. The manager wouldn’t remove the fee. My customer satisfaction rating would be negative stars if that was an option.

Account activity only researchable for 18 months. God forbid you go in and ask for older material. You get treated like an inconvenience. The banker literally said "We're too busy for that" but that she would do it for us for $15/hr "Which is way less than I actually make." I don't even know if that's legal. I couldn't believe it. The rudeness went on but i won't waste your time with that. Don't bank here. Especially if you are a business.

To open secured line of credit or credit card it takes about 1 hour. To close it, it takes more than month. Very difficult to close it as they new they using your money. Interest they pay: 0.01% interest you pay: imagine.

This branch refused to cash a check drawn on Regions, with funds being available in the account b/c I wasn't a member. I wouldn't even give them this one star if I could post this without doing so.

My mom and I came to get documentations from the bank while applying for a mortgage loan, and SAVANNAH went beyond her way to help us with all the needed documents. She was super friendly and accommodating during our visit! The lady is also very efficient at her job that she took care of the several documents we requested in less than 10 minutes. We also asked SAVANNAH to help us with the wiring process before closing, and once again she did a marvelous job! We can't thank this lady enough and make sure we see her for service at Regions every time! Highly recommended!

I’ve tried many times to call this branch and cannot get anyone to answer the phone! I manage a business and need assistance and cannot leave my job so I try to call and it rings and rings no one answers. Very poor communication!

I would give 10 stars if I could. I went in to set up a checking & savings account and Joanna Jackson helped meet all of my needs. She definitely was a pleasure to work with. You need to hire more employees like her!Outstanding customer service ?
