Our car battery was giving up in our car and we came to O’Reilly off of Racetrack in Fort Walton Beach, Florida right before the store closed. Stephan helped us so much. The worst customer service it seems as though everybody in that store doesn't know Auto Parts and if you ask to get extra help they look at you like you're crazy I will never shop there again they are the worst in customer service

Always greeted, and constantly asked if I need help. I'm a mechanic so I usually decline but still nice that the employees actually take care of customers. Very clena amd organized.
