DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!! Warning to anyone who tries to rent from this location. You may not get a vehicle when you get there.We reserved a luxury SUV months ago. We flew 1600 miles and when we got there, they would not rent that vehicle to us. Reason? We don’t have a credit card with us. We have NEVER needed one in 25 years of renting with them as long as we had our flight information.The customer service rep Olivia was rude and condescending. I asked for a manager. Vanessa said she could not rent to us without it. She was condescending and even laughed at us like this was a big joke. Actually, both of them did.We even read their policy agreement on the reservation as well as their policy on the website but they refused to honor it. So now we are stuck at the airport with no vehicle to rent and all other rental companies are sold out. They did not care.Way to ruin 25 years of business with us. I would give them 0 stars if it would allow me.

My Insurance company is paying for my rental car. We reserved a certain vehicle but when we arrived to pick it up they had given to someone else. So we had to settle. Then the car was filthy!! When ask if it could be cleaned there was an attitude and a quick rinse. Windows are awful. UNACCEPTABLE!!

Didn't know that they would hold an additional $300 until was returned; in addition to the expected rental charges. A representative did call me a day before to inform me of this policy. This helped a little. It wasn't optional. Now, I know. I was able to extend an additional day; and they dropped me off at the repair facility.

We were referred by USAA to this location 30 minutes away while our car was to be dropped off at an auto body shop in Navarre. We dropped off our car, and went to the location to pick up our rentalcar. "Sorry, no car. We had trouble filling our 25 military car order this morning." "We gave your car away." Smug, no offer to call and try and locate another car. Honestly rude. 2 ladies DID'T help at all. We have told USAA NOT to use this location anymore. My husband was the one who first spoke with them. When I went in to ask how soon we might get a car, I was told the earliest was Thursday, 2 days away. And this time, the young man was smug and made no offer to call and see if they could source a car.We have used the Gulf Breeze location for Enterprise before. Initially we were told they also had no cars. But they worked with us and USAA and are getting a car in less than an hour AT GULF Breeze! Not the rude 99 Eglin Parkway location.Bottom line, rent from Gulf Breeze Enterprise, not the rude and unhelpful group at 99 Eglin Parkway.

I would rate them lower if I could. I had a reservation to pick up a car at noon. When I arrived they had a song and dance about canceling my reservation at noon and having trouble filling 25 military rental cars. They don't have any and not getting any soon. Very smug i their customer service. I don't plan on ever returning to this location and planning to avoid Enterprise if at all possible. Recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Had to rent a car following an auto accident while my car was being repaired. Had to go a few days past my coverage limits and each Enterprise employee I spoke to was so nice and worked with me to ensure I had a vehicle as long as I needed. They made a stressful situation a little less stressful!

Showed up 10 mins before closing and Matt and his crew had me out by 5:10. Would have been quicker had my phone had of been charged! Friendly staff and very quick. Highly recommend!

We were helped by DeShaun Osborne. He went above and beyond to make it a smooth transaction. I own my own business and a employee like that is hard to come by!! Definitely a value to Enterprise and thankful for the help he gave us!

From the time I was picked up to the time I returned my car I have to say Akeem Love located at 99 Eglin Parkway, suite 25 in FWB gave me top of the line customer service. His professionalism and sincerity made my bad situation (fender bender) more tolerable. Kudos to Enterprise for employing such an amazing individual. I highly reccomend his service at Enterprise Rent-a-car

Walked in w/o a reservation; yet I was treated w/ respect and courtesy. Fortunately, they had a vehicle and had me out the door in 15 minutes. Price seemed high, but I had few options. Car was clean and worked as needed.

This place definitely deserves more than 3.9 ⭐️It was my 2nd time renting from them. I recieved a great service, everyone was so nice. Akeem Love made sure I had a great SUV so I can get to my destination safe. He is very professional and always in a good mood. I would also give some credit to the person who clean the cars. My car looked/felt clean and smelled good. Thank you! I’ll be back for sure.

Having been an Enterprise customer for the past 28 years, this location has ended this relationship with piss-poor customer service. For a company, who earned mine and many customers' business by picking you up, to pull what they pulled on me today, is unacceptable. After speaking to the branch manager, Matt, yesterday, and explaining my situation of needing to be picked up at the repair center, he set an appointment at his time convenience (10:45 a.m.). When I arrived at the repair shop, I called and was told that I could take an Uber and be reimbursed. I feel like I was intentionally set up to be hung out to dry, and I was. Right to the Hertz location, where I was upgraded, treated like a customer should be at a lower rate and made to feel like they appreciated my business. Good bye Enterprise.

UPDATE.. OK once I was able to get a hold of Enterprise it was an easy process. I dropped my car off at the shop and they picked me up and took me back to the rental place and had a car ready for me immediately. It was similar to my Nissan Altima. It was a Chevy Malibu . It all worked out in the endOk so far it's been a bad experience. Enterprise called and left me a message that they wanted to give me a rental car for my upcoming accident repair. I called them back the very next day on the number they told me, and it just rang and rang and rang all day long. It never went to voicemail, and nobody answered it. And when I looked up the number in Google, it was the same number so I had no other way of getting a hold of them. Two days later I’ve called again and the same thing happened and I hung up and waited for about an hour and called back and finally somebody answered! I don’t know what the car rental process is going to look like if it’s going to look anything like the reservation policy.
