The staff at the Racetrack Road office have always been prompt, kind and have treated me with the utmost respect. I have had a couple of occasions where I have had online banking errors (that were essentially my own fault) and the staff has worked with me beyond what was required to make things right. I have multiple accounts at BBVA, and I would highly recommend them. My suggestion would be, if you have a banking issue, go in personally to discuss it with them, and they will be more than reasonable. They have always been more than reasonable with me!”
