This is the worst banking location I have ever seen. The manager should be fired. I have been coming here for 3 years..only because my company banks here. Every time there are long wait lines. They are understaffed. Staff will see you waiting and walk off. The business solutions manager seems more interested in stating the problems rather than giving solutions. The teller line is awful. The drive thru is a drop box only.

Love I always like Bank of America and I think ?? is clean bank and great service sometimes things being check but is for safety thank I recommend you bank of America

I always like to check reviews before heading somewhere new and also give it a try.I had no issues with this branch.Ryann walked around the lobby and had great customer service.Lissel (I hope I spelled that right) was great behind the counter as she helped me.

not even a single star for this outfit! the TOTALLY RUDE operator hung on me 3 times. trying to do business with this bank sucks. I dont recommend them to anyone..they made me give 1 star to post this. i would give negative star if i could

Was helped by Ryann Hull. I'm originally from the mid-Atlantic states and this was the only BOA nearby. Even if they were busy, Ryann was extremely helpful and had the perfect personality. She's very professional and accommodating. I had an amazing experience.

Very disappointing customer service. Ryann was not exactly interested in representing the bank well. We drove on to the Destin Bank and had a great experience.

Destin location is the way better. I felt like nobody cares to help you. I would try to avoid this location at all cost.

Won't help you with credit cards debt. You pay every month then they put almost same amount back on with interest. So you never will get it paid. They won't help

It doesn't matter if you're a business client, trying to open an account, or fix your pin number.... this branch won't help you without an appointment. For those of us who have zero time to run by the bank, it's not only inconvenient but ridiculous. There were two employees standing around telling customers they couldn't help them without an appointment while one person at the counter was helping the only two people that they allowed to get in line. Despicable. Makes me want to take my money out of Bank of America. I don't have time for people who don't want to actually work and do their jobs. I've never seen a bank turn people away, soldiers, that wanted to open a checking account because they didn't have an appointment. That speaks volumes.

Today I cashed some money orders, and went outside to my truck . I decided to count the money. I did see her counter machine and it had the correct amount. But after counting I was $300 short. The Manager quickly defended her employee. The manager asked it I had some cash that I may have mixed it with. Yes I did have some cash but I counted out of the envelope that was provided. She said she gave me all $100 bills but there was clearly some $50s mixed in. Need less to say I'm out $300. I'm a Platinum rewards member, but after this experience I'll be moving my accounts. Count your money at the teller no matter what the machine shows you.

I didn't realize how good i have it here until i dealt with Regions today. Activity is researchable for 7 years. If you run a business, you get a dedicated banker that gets to know you and treats you like a person, not an inconvenience. You do need appointments to see your business banker, but it's well worth the experience.

This is the worst Bank I’ve ever been to. No more than two tellers at all times. Huge lines. A greeter , the that offers Zero help with anything as far as I have seen and bums.....in the bank....just chatting to anyone that will listen. Just awful. I don’t ever write reviews but this place was so awful I had to.

For the rough time of COVID-19 we all have been through . This Bank Location and all other Locations have been we'll Supportive in helping and being very Efficient . Most Locations have 2 Atms a Dive Through and Walk up and that's Awesome !

This location in Fort Walton Beach is literally the worst bank ever! If they are going to be the only branch in our area and have no drive-thru then it would make sense to have enough tellers to support the volume of customers coming in. In the over 6 years I've had to come to this bank I have never seen more than 2 tellers, most of the time there is only 1 teller. After they remodeled they made it clear they never plan on ever adding anymore tellers either!There is clearly no care or concern about their customers or their time. It really is sad. The tellers for the most part are great and try to do their best with volume but I always wait no matter what time I come. They make it dreadful for busy professionals.
