They were very nice and helpful. The only issue was I had to pick up partial prescriptions and that means I had to take two trips. But everything was good.

Absolutely one of the best Walgreen’s in our area! The store is clean, the staff are pleasant and helpful. The pharmacy staff are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.

Here we go AGAIN ! Doctor sent RX to this place and the medication AS USUAL IS LATE. What else is new. The worst managed Walgreens in all Florida. Photo attached of their NO improvement after so many bad reviews. Obviously they don't care!

pharmacy side only: after many months of dealing with the whole crew, I find them absolutely worthless in customer service.They are inconsiderate to people's time and could not care less about you as a person. I have switched location now, as I do not accept to be treated this way by arrogant employees of Walgreens that hide behind their " computer system" and blame it for all mistakes and hangups. The employees on the pharmacy side are some very miserable people and they want you to share their personal pain...The store employees, on the other hand, are very nice in comparison and helpful, thats why I put 2 stars, but its really a big fat 0 for the drug counter robots who assume no responsibility for their wasting your time. They have no customer secure skills, no manners, are curt and only in it for the transaction.

I have to start off by saying WOW! Customer service here is absolutely horrible and I want to quote after speaking with a Manger from the pharmacy department " we are not here to answer phones, we are here to put pills in a bottle" so you're not here to help my mom who's sick and needs her medication?, I can not believe what I was told. He also went on ranting about COVID vacation which I know he himself and staff does not perform... This is after calling for 2 hrs and being place on hold every single time, which then I call the store and ask to speak to a manger. Walgreens your corporate office need to re-train look into the process that you may or may not have put in place when customers call for assistance. If you can't multitask to assist patients then this is NOT your field of expertise, you are suppose to be helping not making it worst..The sad thing is when they ask you to fill out your review about your experience and nothing comes from me sitting here letting them know what it is or is working with your employees.. Horrible DO Something about it this is so sad.
