I brought my Seiko Presage here to have the crystal replaced for a small scratch. I even purchased the exact crystal for the watch to make it easy and I just needed it set.After having it for two weeks they called and said it was ready for pickup. When I got there they said they were unable to set the new glass, but they buffed the glass a bit to lighten the scratch. The second I took it outside into the light I noticed a huge collection of dust and fingerprints under the glass that I now have to remove the movement to clean. And, they managed to put a large scratch in the case just by the glass that was done by the rotary tool chuck hitting the case during polishing. It's very noticable and I can't believe they didn't fix it before returning it to me and hoping I didn't notice.Do not take watches here for repairs. You will get them back in worse condition than you dropped them off in.

Sweet's is a hidden treasure in Ft. Pierce. Good old fashioned excellent customer service! I have a lot of watches and Sweet's is my go to place for any issues I encounter.

My family has used this jeweler for years. Today was my first visit, as I’m from out of town. The nice woman fixed my necklace in a matter of minutes. Friendly and fast service. Although I stopped in for a repair, I definitely noticed all of the beautiful sparkling pieces throughout the store. Safe to say, I’ll be back.

I took a bracelet into Sweet's Jewelers to be repaired and my 14k baby ring was replaced with a fake ring. So make sure you check your items when having it repaired.

My nana has taken me here my entire life, everyone in my family buys jewelry from here and have never had a bad experience. Repairs and changing sizes always goes smooth and fast. If you don't see what you want they have a huge catalog to pick from and they order every few days, we pick ours up the next day. And for a much better price than large retailers, and they are more than willing to work in your budget. I will definitely be back soon
