Jackie and Lauren took care of our termite problem expeditiously and carefully from start to finish. They took pains to not disturb our plants. They explained things thoroughly. All in all, a satisfactory experience.

To say they have bad service would be putting it nicely. They failed to mention that they’re cutting our screens and won’t be repairing them as part of their “low cost” service cost us nearly $1k more. We had chosen to go with them because their prices were lower but we didn’t realize that other companies repair the damage they do to screens. Do Not Use.

Fumeout is probably the worst Pest Control company I have seen in all my years as a real estate agent. If you value urgency, responsiveness, or quality service at all, DO NOT use Fumeout. Have left myself and my client hanging on multiple occasions. You would be better off spraying your home with bug spray from 7/11.

Highly recommended, Lauren took the time to thoroughly explain everything and and the process was completed without problems. They did a good job adjusting the schedule when the weather caused a last minute delay.
