Recently moved to Fort Myers and the woman who helped me open a Wells Fargo safety deposit box and checking account was very nice and answered all of my dumb questions while showing great patience in understanding I’m new with this. The few times I have been in I’ve received good service. Grateful for the Saturday hours as someone who works 8-5 during the week.

Wasted an hour trying to make an international wire transfer of funds to be told first, that the transaction requires 1-2 days to convert dollars to euros, then instead of converting the currencies, that I can send dollars and have them converted automatically, and finally that I can't even complete the transaction until the staff member with the capacity to do so arrives after 3pm. Completely inept staff and a total loss of time. I would expect banks in the 21st century to be a little more organized and efficient.

ATM ate my $1600 cash deposit, gave no receipt. Stood in line to speak to somebody for 20 minutes only to be told call the 1800 automated service number and let them waste your time.

The employees at this branch have been very helpful setting up business accounts so far. It can be difficult getting in touch with the proper people within Wells Fargo commercial finance, and the branch managers have helped me the entire way. Much appreciated!

I don't know what the policy is when the internet goes down, but when you want to make a large cash deposit and they can't process it because the internet is down, really doesn't make sense to me. How did banks process cash deposits before the internet? It seems to me that it's pretty rediculous that they can't accept a cash deposit because the internet is down. It seems to me they would rather inconvenience the customer instead of processing cash deposits like they used to maybe because of the inconvenience and labor dollars it will cost them for doing it the old fashioned way.

I had to stop in to the bank and was concerned based on the most recent reviews that my service would be slow and unsatisfactory. Fortunately i had no issues and the teller i talked to was very informative and personable.

Very poor service , I was depositing a work deposit that I only had large bills and was told they could not give me change back . I have never heard of a bank not being able to give you change . I will be talking to my cash management department in corporate headquarters to see if they can switch me to a " REAL BANK " . You would think that with all the bad publicity they have gotten over their little scam they would prioritize the customers they do have left .

Online and telephone banker would not get current or a few months back bank statements without paying a $5 fee per statement. Not very helpful. Blamed me that i didn't call right away when I couldn't get it.
