Had to cancel the tow request after 2 hours of waiting. Told 8 minutes 30 minutes ago now my insurance call you all and apparently you all can't be bothered to come. Giving me an estimate of one more hour. I don't quite understand how your driver can give 8 minutes then not care. It's plain hurtful and unprofessional! So disappointed

I have a ford ranger that had its 10 speed transmission go out on it and it needed to be towed.I called up this companyyand thet were exceptional. Thank you very much.

Austin was fantastic when I had to tow my car out of the airport parking lot. I had been waiting for 3 hours after another company cancelled on me without warning. Austin was very helpful and made me feel better much more calm after the day I had. Thank you.

Very much appreciate your complete service. Wife hit a pothole and blew a tire. Spare was missing from trunk. Called from 900 miles away. Took care of picking up car, delivering to tire store and ensured wife and family got in Uber safely. Thank you. NC.

Please beware of this tow company. They damage vehicles in towing and have two settlements in the past 4 years for damaging vehicles. They are careless and will not be concerned with your vehicle. (See court cases: 36-2021-CA-003651, 36-2018-CA-004931). Especially make sure Edison and Shane are not your tow drivers.Service: Car towing

FANTASTIC TOW DRIVER !! I had made an appt for my sons car to be towed since we were going to sell it. Even though there were mistakes made by the person who made the appt, when I called day of- the team worked extremely hard to make the transfer happen. The driver was AMAZING- professional, courteous, very hardworking- Superb Driving Skills. Was able to maneuver in a very tight space, with no room for error. The only thing I would recommend is better training for the appt team, who was unable to competently book a very simple reservation tow. I would definitely use them again just based on my experience with the driver.

Called them at 8:40 am to schedule a Flat Bed Tow. Dispatcher stated truck would be to my house within an hour to an hour and a half.Tow truck never showed.Called them back 2 hours later and they were nonchalant about the no show.I canceled the tow and took care of it on my own.People delay going in to work when they are told tow would be here by a certain time.This is a lack of respect for customers and a customer service issue. Even a courtesy call to say you were running behind would have been outstanding and I could have worked with that.Customer service is 8/10th of your job.If you’re looking for a tow, find another company that values you as a customer and cares about your time.Service: Car towing
