For once, an extremely positive car buying experience. Christopher ,the salesman wasn't the typical pushy, phony, lets make deal kind of guy. He gave us space, let us make our own decision without the usual pressure I have always had.
And I cannot say enough about the Financial goddess Susanne. This woman paid such attention to detail to ensure we got the best rate. She provided incredible advice like a member of your family would do.
We live in Boston, and boy you Floridians are the best.

I just bought my 2022 Lexus RC 350 F Sport from Scanlon Lexus of Fort Myers. I have heard about them for decades but never had an experience with them till yesterday.
I made my inquiry online and was promptly contacted via email and text from Abraham.
He was great! When I got to the dealership Chris took over as my salesman.
Let me tell you, he was all I could ask for! Explained all the car’s features. Very knowledgeable and personable.
By the time we finished up they were closed. Chris still stayed with me setting up my new car w/ my phone, showing me the Navigation, Lexus app, features etc. He went Far and Above to assist me!! If you go to Scanlon, make sure you ask for Chris! You will be glad you did!!!!

I was looking for a new car, and finally made the deal at Lexus of Fort Myers. I'm very happy!!!!!!! not only I like the car but the service was very good!!!!! Chad was the seller that worked with us, very respectful, knowledgeable and helpful, as well as the financial process smooth and clear. I'm very satisfied.

I shopped throughout Florida for the just released GX 550 premium or premium plus. Initially, I was in contact with Celine and she was extremely responsive over email and text. She then introduced me to Wagner, as seasoned salesman, who is one of the nicest guys and a straight shooter. Meaning, I never felt like he was going to bait and switch on me or try to upsale me on accessories or another vehicle. I also traded in my existing vehicle and they honored the quote given over the phone. There is a dedicated tech rep who walked through all the intricacies and features of the vehicle. He spent as much time as I needed to become comfortable with my new vehicle. I absolutely would recommend Wagner and the team at Scanlon for my next Lexus purchase.

I'm sure most folks aren't happy when they need to bring their vehicles in for a scheduled maintenance or other service requirements but the valets on the service drive when you enter these guys rock. Very customer focused and happy to answer any questions they can before your taken to visit your service advisor. And the complimentary car washes for vehicles purchased at Scanlan is a very nice touch. Customer waiting lounge is also very comfortable and perhaps someday they will offer a breakfast sandwich or a small omelette while you're waiting.
