Absolutely the very best service department! Always a pleasant experience!!
I only have 1 ongoing issue, but that’s not the dealership nor Service rep( Randy Sellars) issue . That’s a design issue with maker of the Aviator or any other vehicle with the chincy plastic seats!!!
It has a tiny aluminum clip attached to the hard plastic seat that has broke on us at least 4 times. Luckily it’s covered under my warranty, however if I didn’t have that it could be a costly problem for myself or anyone else.
Please fix a faulty seat issue on my over $60,000 vehicle Lincoln! Other than that I’m pretty much happy with my vehicle and absolutely recommend Sam Galloway Lincoln to anyone looking for a nice vehicle.

The absolute worst customer service experience of my life. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. I had an appointment for my car on Thursday morning, was told it could take a day or two (no big deal). Heard nothing for 48 hours before being told it wouldn't be done until the next week. Called nearly a dozen times before getting a single call back and quote from Brian, my service rep, the following Wednesday. Told him I needed a second to process the nearly $1,000 in repairs and that I would reach back out Thursday morning with questions/approval for repair. Despite numerous texts and calls, didn't get through to anyone for another 48 hours, when I finally reached a different service rep. After giving approval for repairs on Saturday, I was told my car would be done Monday (Of course, it wasn't). After being fed up with horrible communication, I showed up in person to the dealership on Tuesday, and my car had been done for who knows how long. I didn't even drive it off the lot before the check engine light came back on. They hadn't fixed the O2 Sensor that I originally brought my car in for. A whopping 13 days and $1,000 later, I finally got my car back. Wouldn't recommend this place to a single person.

I purchased a new, demo, F150 on 7/8/24.. Before taking delivery it had an issue with the horn which they said was minor and we completed the paperwork. They found out there was a water leak in the cab which caused it. Went 5 days after the sale of the vehicle without taking delivery. They wouldn’t let me back out of the deal because I already signed. Although I am glad they caught it. Do not sign any paperwork without having whatever issue corrected as their is no grace period on your sale even if you don’t take delivery.
*Update~ this is the 3rd time I have taken the truck in for this water leak 8/26/24. Everytime it rains I have the luxury of going out to my vehicle with a flooded floor board. I only owned the truck a little over a month and I have spent more time driving the truck back and forth to the dealership then I have driving it anywhere else. And forget about getting a courtesy vehicle. This was my first new vehicle purchase and has been the worst experience ever.

Great First Time Service for a recall part for my 2015 Ford Escape. My Service Advisor, Dawn McGougall, was very professional, as well as perky and friendly. I felt Welcomed. She informed my what was to take place and the time frame. The waiting area was very comfortable and I felt relaxed. Coffee was also provided. Customer Service agent was very friendly as well. I give Sam Galloway 5⭐'s ** First time mobile on-site work overall check * oil change* tire rotation* new cabin air filter install performed August of 2024. Jesus was very professional, detailed oriented, polite, friendly, & answered all inquiries. Very Satisfied another 5 ? 's

It sucks that they didn’t clean vehicle prior to delivery, also no gas in the tank as we had to stop and get gas on the way home (only 15 miles away).

Service dept"""""'received appointment after calling three times for service and no one answering wensday and both Thursday last week to get my truck worked on . [ water pump 2017 expedition . received appointment form someone else that picked up after transfer [ ring ring ring ] . set up to drop off Thursday 10:30 am -set me up with someone that never call me after i dropped off expedition . no call Thursday , no call Friday . so drove up to service Saturday spoke to a another service adviser said looks like they did look at it and bill is 1300.00 for a water pump!!!! said that's crazy and he said they do take AAA or seniors discount , or aarp something....he said yes and will take care of it 20% off , we agreed and i said fix it . went back to pick up and guess what -----1554.51 for a water pump . I need my truck so payed , got home and guess what i called his direct phone number , again no answer - ring ring ring ring ......RIDICULOUS rip off adviser that wont call or talk to there customer is ANDREW PEE "Service advisor "
