This is a review specifically for our experience with Dave Landsman. Dave sold us a sailboat and we closed about 2 weeks before Hurricane Ian ran smack into it (and the rest of Ft Myers around it). Dave was a central figure in supporting us in the few months following as we picked up the pieces. Without him, we probably wouldn't have been able to salvage our boat and move on with life in nearly as good of shape. All of this was above and beyond any normal broker responsibility and just because Dave is a man with integrity. I highly recommend him as a broker. Thank you, Dave.

A contract was placed onwas placed on a 1999 pursuit 2970 a few weeks ago. A survey was done and it was determined the transom was rotted and full of water and there was water in the lower unit of the port engine.. The contract was canceled. Today several weeks later that boat is still on their website at the original price and none of the defects are disclosed. The broker Clint Johnson is well aware of these problems and has not mentioned them in the listing. The survey on this boat was offered to Clint and he did not want it. Stay clear

I could not be happier with the level of service I received from pier one staff. From looking at the boat to final purchase. Kevin Spellman went above and beyond for us.

He seems like a scam artists that lists boats on a broker site Yachtworld but won't work with my broker and said he doesn't care if his boats sell. Sounds like he doesn't do his clients justice or he is afraid another broker will figure out his scam. His business address is vacant land in the middle of nowhere.

Dishonest broker. He sold us a yacht in 2009 and said it only had 600 hours on the engines. We didnt use it much ( we have put about 200 hours on it) but we started to have problems. Come to find out one of the engines had several thousand hours on it. Thinking back, I am pretty sure he knew, the seller knew and the surveyor ( that they reccomended) also knew. I don't know how they can sleep at night!!! Not sure what my legal rights are, but believe me I will be checking on it.Really bad news!

The sales people are nice. They have a great selection of boats for sale. They are located in the Fort Myers Yacht Basin, so they have some boat on site.

Beware, We hired this broker to sell a donated sailing yacht for one of our highly respected charities. To our shock, the broker sold the vessel and did not remit payment. Now we are forced to take legal action against this broker while our client charity waits for their much needed funds.
