I took my Venue in for service maintenance (oil change and tire rotation). My appt was for 4:45 but I was off work by 3:00 so decided to just go there to wait. Aly took my car in right away and gave me a tour of the recently renovated facilities. He was very friendly and personable and kept me well informed of my vehicle's progress. Turns out there was a recall on my car and he had service take care of that, too. He helped me to check on the status of my service contract and explained how coverage worked. When my car was ready to go, Aly ran through the items that were done and had me back on the road again by 5:00. I am very happy with the attention and service I received and would recommend them to my friends and family.

I dropped my car to service because there was a leak on my AC that’s it was blowing hot air and had issue with seat which wasn’t my main concern. My car stayed there more than a month, at the end they called me and told me that my car is ready there no leak on your AC it’s running good they just recharged the AC. I picked my car, it passed maybe 5 weeks my AC started blowing hot again and by the time my warranty expired. I called to cooperate explain the situation and they said to if the issue related with previous issue we will fix it and told me to go to servis on Monday. I went to service Monday morning I dropped my car and they said we will check it if the issue not related with previous one i have to pay $350 for diagnostic and i was ok with it. Funny story start here:
It passed couple hours and they called me. They said last time you bring the car here we couldn’t fine leak (during more than a month) but now we check it and we found the leak but we can’t cover it so i have to pay almost $4000.
To make to long story short; when i had warranty they couldn’t find a leak during more then a month, now i have no warranty it took only couple hours to find the leak ??. Top of everything they made me pay $350 to figure this out. Keep this in your mind when you buy Hyundai, they don't fix the issues until your warranty expires so they can make money!

Salesman was good. Friendly. Finance manager rushed through the whole process, and didnt go over things so I understood them. Tried to add things on. When I said no to one of those add ons, he seemed perturbed. I can only imagine him finalizing a deal with an elderly customer, or those not as sharp. The car was a "managers special ", clearly marked on the windshield. Salesman said they are willing to work with me. They didn't. Ask Randy at Rapid Chevrolet/Cadillac of Rapid City in South Dakota about how to treat a longtime customer...(I bought at least 10 cars from him there) THAT'S how you treat a customer. You EARN thier business. Won't be back to this dealership.

Had a good service appt! Their new waiting area is comfortable with coffee and snacks !! My service specialist was honest and helpful and understood our needs! Back up camera stopped working and was fixed as a warranty item so no charge? Also had recall on navigation system done as well ! Took about 3.5 hrs total and my guy went to lunch but another tech was happy to jump in and get me out the door!! Very happy??
