Always a good experience with my car, Dan is really helpful and knows what he’s doing. Good prices and all around great care. They fixed my starter, a coolant leak, rotated my tires, and changed my oil within 24 hours. Cant beat it

Unfortunately the repair was a lot more that the value of the vehicle

I cannot say enough good things about Napa Auto Care. I had severe car trouble and was so impressed with Robert and his honest advice. While I ended up not getting my car repaired, I am grateful for Robert for his knowledge and professionalism. This will definitely be my repair shop going forward! They're simply the best!!

Unfortunately my jeep got an oil leak over a holiday weekend and I had to leave it and go back to the east coast of Florida. I had my jeep towed to Napa and I spoke to Robert 1st thing January 2 when they reopened. I was a little uncomfortable leaving it and being on the other side of the state, but Robert had already seen the jeep and called me later that day with what needed to be done for the repair. He was so nice and I could tell he knew exactly what he was talking about. He went out of his way to get the jeep up and running quickly even though the part was on national back order! He also made suggestions to prevent this from happening again. I highly recommend this Napa for friendliness, honesty, knowledge and in general going above what was expected!

Walked in for a battery test and was handed a form to "sign off on the inspection." My bad for not reading thoroughly enough at the time because apparently that waived their right to disclose any costs under $100. So make sure if you do go here you specifically ask about any pricing. Walked out with a $101 bill after tax for a battery test alone after hearing what the replacement cost would be. Next time save your time and money and go to pretty much any auto parts store where they do test and then replace it for free.
Edit: Fair enough on to your point of paying for expertise and integrity. However, the inspection fee waive was definitely not made clear, verbally at least. It's not so much the price, but the lack of communication involving prices that was disappointing.
