Thank God Patricia was working today!! I was able to purchase a new phone for a reasonable price finally after visiting two other locations and being told the cheapest option they had was going to be $240 after tax+setup.
Patricia equipped me with a new smart phone for a reasonable amount and also made sure I got my grandfathered monthly membership rate as well. She's the best.

i went this morning to fix some problems my phone had with service, i had gone somewhere to fix it about a week ago but it took 3 hours and it was already messed up again and today it took less than 30 minutes and my data is 10x better and faster and the service was so good!!! one of the women there, dayami was the one helping me and she was so funny and kind, she really gives this store a glow when she laughs because she is just so amazing, would recommend coming here if you ever have any problems with your phone.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the woman working today at the Metro PCS at 5305 Palm Beach Blvd Fort Myers FL 33905. She forced stopped one of my Apps and I lost my extra bonuses I would of received. She didn't know how to clear my cookies and cache. I'm a very dissatisfied customer with her service. If I could rate her a zero I would of!
