This is the second purchase I have made with McGrath. I cannot express enough how fantastic the customer service experience has been both times from the entire team there! Jeffrey, Carlos, Ben and the entire team went above and beyond to make our experience not only enjoyable but genuinely cared about ensuring our satisfaction! I will never use another dealership for making an auto purchase as long as McGrath is around! Well done to the entire team at McGrath, refreshing to know a handshake still means something! What a Great Experience Leasing a Car & turning a lease.
Starting with Liz who we spoke to on the phone & set the whole deal up. Than with Jill Licata who took care of us once we arrived. Than to finalize the finances with Benjamin Cartaya who did a great job.
The whole process went great.

Please know for anyone purchasing a car and the finance department tells you they will lower your interest rate but you have to get the extended warranty, this is illegal. You would not expect this from what you would think is a reputable dealership. It's too late for me but if I can save someone else from this scam it's worth this post.

Got scammed on a used Truck purchase here. Lied about car fax and did not disclose factual information about THIS PARTICULAR truck. When you are hopeful that you can chose a dealership with integrity , please be sure to look elsewhere. This deal has cost me literally THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!

0 stars if I could. BEWARE almost 2 years ago I bought used Ram 1500 with the extended warranty. My fuel sensor went bad and I made an appointment to get it fixed. 4 weeks and 3 aftermarket fuel pumps and 2 strandings in the Truck where it needed to be towed later I went in and told them that my truck still doesn't start right and I can smell gas. I was told everything is good. Well a day later my check engine light came on and took it to a dealer that actually works on this kind of Trucks and wouldn't you know... the fuel pump module was installed incorrectly, leaking around the seal. some evap lines not installed just left on top of the tank, the off brand pump was to large and from the looks of it just stuffed in the hole with some lube. the evap line around the fuel neck has no clip which is a sensor line, which triggered the check engine light. Gas cap needed to be replaced due to a poor seal and the fuel cap light coming on. 10 weeks of nothing but stress lost hours at work and not to mention the being told for the second and 3rd replacement that my truck be done as a priority and it was just sitting in the lot for a week without anyone even looking at it!!! Finally my Truck runs like it's supposed to thanks to the other dealer!

Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Vehicle Purchase and Replacement Experience
Dear Volvo Team,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had purchasing a Mercedes GLE at the Volvo dealership in Fort Myers. Below is a summary of the events and issues that occurred during the process:
Purchase and Immediate Defect: I purchased a Mercedes GLE and, within less than 2 hours of the purchase, the vehicle exhibited a significant defect. The air conditioning was malfunctioning, and shortly afterward, the car began making a loud noise that made it impossible to drive.
Attempted Repair and Lack of Solution: I took the car back to the dealership, where I was informed that they would handle the necessary repairs. However, after 15 days and numerous follow-ups, I was told that the car could not be repaired and that I would need to replace it.
Replacement and Confusing Contracts: I agreed to replace the vehicle and was subsequently offered a Mercedes GLB. However, during the process, I ended up signing three different contracts, which resulted in a lower down payment than originally agreed upon and variations in the applied interest rates, causing me to lose approximately $7,000.
Final Experience and Frustration: In summary, not only did I fail to acquire the car of my dreams, but I also endured an extremely frustrating and confusing experience with Volvo, which I consider the worst I have ever had regarding vehicle purchases.
