Owner response after a bad review…hmm, my point exactly. Oh, let’s not forget that they allowed my husband to drive off the lot without my approval. If you have proof..then show it!

I would stay away from this place. They don’t explain any process. They will charge you extra fee without even mentioning it. They will pretend they did their job right and they will say direct in your face that you’re lying and now that’s your problem and they will not give you any choice. Be aware of it.

What can I say, it was a great experience, John really went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. At the end of the day I didn't end up losing my shirt as I would've if I went to a big dealership. Great atmosphere I highly recommend Lantern Motors.

Yes I absolutely loved the customer service and hospitality. I am so bad with name but the Bald Caucasian man with glasses helped me and my husband with a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport . We are super pleased and he DESERVES A RAISE ! Thank you so much from the bottom of hearts.

Previously wrote a review about this dealership that they asked me to write in front of them ? our experience started off fine, but these people are total con artists. They will lie and tell you anything to your face and provide zero follow up. We were promised oil changes, detailing, service, etc and received NONE of those things. Please shop ANYWHERE else, or you will end up regretting your purchase.
EDIT to my review: and now THREE YEARS LATER, a response to my review is posted. That's the point - when you need service or want them to follow up on promises made at the point of sale, maybe three years later they will get back to you...literally none of the services we were promised were kept. No detail, no oil change. Maybe things are better now, but based on my experience here, I cannot recommend purchasing from Lantern.
