I purchased a jeep last year great service my sales guy was Rob ,but I was trying to pay it off & I called to cancel my Gap coverage that I paid for when getting the vehicle only to find out that it was canceled off along with the warranty the day that I purchased the vehicle. When I called the finance guy Juan who did the sale he assured me that it was a mistake & he proceeded to call the company on a 3 way .He spoke with a rep for the company who also said according to there system it was added & canceled the date of my purchase we were then transferred to 3 more departments including the underwriter who also showed the same results in their system. But Juan from Ft Myers Galeanna keeps insisting that the Gap company records are not accurate & I should believe him.At this point I don't know what is going this has been a nightmare !! To think that I have been driving around for almost 1 year with no Gap & no warranty!! Desperately seeking justice in this matter!

Purchased a vehicle from out of state, seamless experience. Happy customer. Joe and YANKIEL helped me out, I would only recommend customers to source their own financing.

This garage is a mess. I stopped in at 8:15 for an oil change and left at 10:00am. The whole place is under construction. There is no WiFi. Go to Cape Coral or Naples if you can.

Two months ago, I went to the service department because of a grinding noise coming from what I believed to be the front left wheel or from the engine. The service advisor called me later to say I needed a list of services including breakline flush, transmission flush, and engine mount replacement. I declined the engine mount replacement due to the cost, but ended up spending just under $2000. That didn’t solve any of my problems, and the grinding sound got worse. Two months later, my dash lit up with 6 different service lights all having to do with breaking systems. I took my Compass back in for service. When I checked my previous invoice, I saw that as part of the $2000 charge, included was $130 for windshield wiper replacement. Wiper replacement for an engine noise? Really? I was upset that I didn’t check the invoice before paying. I know that dealerships are known for being scammy places, and I just found out why. I would not let that happen again. On my second trip to see what the service lights were about, the service rep said that the service lights were coming from a sensor and that they finally found the source of the grinding noise- $7500 for a new transmission. I told her to replace the sensor to get the service lights off the dash. She told me that the total bill would be approx. $350. The next day I went to pick up my car and I was told that it would be over $450. I asked what the extra $100 was for and the cashier told me it was for the suspension. I told her there was nothing going on with the suspension, and after a phone call she then told me it was for the diagnostic. I know that their diagnostic is more than $100. I also know that I was told that since they got it wrong last time, they waved the diagnostic fee. She took off the fee and I paid what I was told the charge would be.
I feel incredibly ripped off by the service department. I would not have paid $2000 for services if a proper diagnosis would have shown $7500 more for a new transmission. I also had to fight off that extra $100 bs fee they tried to add on the second visit. I have owned a Jeep for the last 5 years. Before that I owned a Dodge Avenger for several years. They lost a long time customer due to their service department, be it negligence, ineptitude, or downright scamming customers. I am now the proud owner of a 2024 vehicle from a different company. If something isn’t done to change their business practices, I will not be the last customer they will lose.
Just my two cents…. Or $2000 wasted.

I have been using Galeana for several years and have purchased many personal and business vehicles from them and have had a good relationship. I recently purchased a 3500 dually for the sole purpose of leaving it in our home in Alaska. I was reluctant about buying such an expensive vehicle and being so far from the dealership I purchased it at (for service issues). I was assured " Chrysler is Chrysler, it can be handled anywhere you go and if there is any issues we will help, we're not going to just leave you hanging". I was talked into having the ceramic coating put on to protect the finish. Before leaving Florida, I noticed what looked like dull spots on the back of the truck but thought it was just a smudge (its a black truck). The day I arrived to Alaska I washed the truck and saw scratches and the smudges were now on both sides of the truck in several spots. I was told the gel coat was faded. The truck is less than a month old. I called the salesperson who was great, he helped me find a dealer in Alaska. The dealer said the gel coat was faded, and this was not uncommon with trucks that are black, silver or red. I explained that I have several trucks, and none look like this, he suggested I contact the dealership I purchased it from. I contacted Joe Owen who is the general manager and after 4 calls I asked for someone else to help me with this. I finally spoke with Joe Ferigno who is the new car sales manager and by far the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I tried to explain the situation, but he kept cutting me off and gave me a customer care number who is a subcontracted company that fields complaints. I tried to explain the car was less than a couple months old and he said, "what do you want me to do about it". I thought Chrysler was Chrysler and we're here with you no matter what. That was clearly not the case, there was no assistance, no guidance and not an ounce of concern, they made the sale and they were finished. I am not sure what happened to this company, but their service and follow through is the worst.

Made service appt for a check eng light of 2013 vehicle, at least they had the decency to call and state they do not normally work on vehicles over 10 years old, and most likely will not be able to diagnose and I would still have to pay the the diagnostic fee. I will look for another dealer.

Today I went due to warning light was on so I made an appointment I went was greeted so I pull up I was prepared to leave my car but the loaners car they have are terrible so I decided to sit and wait but I must say it was a pleasant wait and I was kept in the process about my car and I forgot to mention they had started to remodel the old building but I didn't mind they made the customer feel right at home the air was on point and of course they had free water and snacks I thought oh boy here's another long wait but by my surprise it was about hour are 2 but the time went by super fast so that was a plus like I said the only thumbs down I would give is that they do much better when it comes to those loaners they offer some might say I'm being petty but I know what I like and don't like but long story short Galeana Chrysler Dodge is the best hands down customer service is really good.

Bought a 2022 certified used Jeep. It spent 12 out of the first 21 days in the shop. Broken muffler clamp and AC issues. Still have issues but the service people “cannot duplicate.” I’ve provided videos of the ongoing issues.
I’ve had calls to George for three weeks and he will not return my call. Then I talked to Mark and like George said he would look into it and call me right back. But as expected no return call.
This dealer doesn’t care once you write that check.

I worked with Connie Toy and I believe his name was Kenny in finance!! I would never go anywhere else for a car! I went with the intention of just looking for a car for my teenage daughter, and a few hours later we left with a beautiful Jeep Cherokee, now I'm not sure if I want to give it to her!! Connie was not pushy and made me feel secure in our purchase. I did not even think I would have been able to get a car, let alone in one day. I will need one this summer when my daughter takes over the Jeep! I will be getting another one!! GO SEE CONNIE TOY!!!!!!

They do not honor manufacturer’s warranty. They kept using the verbiage, were family owned so we get to choose if we honor it. I would not recommend going here.

We purchased a used Jeep Cherokee from this dealer 2 years ago. The dealer stated this car had NOT been in any accidents. Now we're trying to get new car insurance, and we found out that this car had indeed been in an accident. State Farm Insurance said a claim was made on this vin number prior to our purchase. WARNING: do your homework before buying a used car from Gaieana
Update: Galeana Customer (NON) Service, Shelly, called me to say that they don’t take responsibility for knowingly selling us a car that had been in an accident. They also said it was just a fender bender, but we found a police report that says it was a major accident. We have paid 28K for a used car with damages. Warning sign to take your business elsewhere.

Service department is super slow and my specific assigned service coordinator is horrible at responding or providing updates. They've had my brand new car I bought from them for a month now I've heard from them twice once because I called. Sales experience was great but their service department definitely needs work.

Today I called the Service Department to find out the cost of a CPM for my 2012 Dodge Durango. The young Lady on the phone asked me if I had a Lifetime Warranty, to which I replied: I did not know there was such a thing and therefore: No I do not.
She then replied that they could not service (work on my car) cause it was to old. This is just unbelievable. Needless to say I am more than upset. A Dodge dealer CAN NOT work on my car because it is 12 years old? Are you kidding me? This country is going to hell. Now mind you when I called the Dodge Dealer in Cape Coral they gave me a service appointment right away.
Update: your reply is not acceptable. I was told if I had a warranty that you would work on it. How do you get the parts then? Also, you used the term "we don't like to work on them" Like???? Really? I bet you like customers buying new cars keeping your non customer oriented business afloat.

We had the best experience at Galeana Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram this morning. We went to just look at cars and ended up bringing one home. The reason: the best hassle free/no pressure service ever from James V. He made the whole car buying experience effortless, even though the dealership is under construction. From the minute we got there he greeted us with a warm smile, a welcoming demeanor, and he answered all our questions quickly. Shout out to Angel A. for a painless financing experience. Highly recommend James V. for your car buying needs.
