Having no familiarity with technology, I needed a photo of my aunt’s dog printed off an email & tweeked to make it more artistic so I could put in a frame. It too less than 10 minutes for the service person to complete my request & my Aunt was brought to tears on the beauty of the image of her dog that was so easily created!

Back in December I dropped off a package to be delivered. I verified the name and address and when it came to pay, their credit card reader wasn’t working. The manager then apparently fixed it. The transaction was apparently made and I was given a receipt with all the information. Days passed and the package was never delivered to the recipient. I checked the receipt and that’s when I realized it was a different transaction. Different person, address, everything. Probably from the previous person before me. Then I checked my bank and they never charged me. I went back and explained everything but my package was already lost and they didn’t care to help me or offer me anything. Their customer service number was no help either since the transaction was never actually made and they couldn’t find me or my package in their system.

Staff here is friendly and efficient. They're always on the go. Staff is knowledgeable and explains options. This location offers printing for all kinds of projects and business needs. Quality is great.

The store manager was helpful, but the staff employee working the printing station provides no help or guidance. As I was still in the center taking care of some other items I was the staff employee help other customers even though I asked him for help.
Thanks to the manager and no thanks to the store employee who claimed " he would be there in a minute ."

I went to order business cards. Met Matt MATT behind the desk told me if I went online and ordered them myself. I could save $30-$60 and then he said you can use one of our computers one of our rental computers for free to enter your order while you are here or in the store that way if you have any difficulties fill in the order that I can help you . So that’s what I did and several times Matt had to come over and help me design my business card and then put the order in and then also Tina came over one of them came one at a time one of them came over the next day when I went to when I went to pick it up, I decided that I wanted to change the wording on the card but they have not printed it yet, so Tina help me to revise my business card wording, which was not easy and that way I did not have to put in a Whole brand new order and spend another 10 bucks and catch this catch this for 10 bucks I get 100 business card that’s the minimum order but that’s what I’m trying to say is Tina and Matt especially Tina went way out of to help me for a measly $10 order so get your little butt over to FedEx Office on South Ave., and Tina or Matt will help you Matt will help you thank you

I always use this location for FedEx. Clean, fast and easy parking. Staff has always been very kind and prompt. I ship my wine here instead of my condo because it is stored in a cool environment and safe! Plus I pick up when I have time and don’t have to wait for delivery at condo.
