Went there this morning to pick up prescriptions for my husband and was treated very disrespectfully by the girl who waited on me.I did not appreciate being treated that way. Thinking of changing to another pharmacy!

Too bad I can't give a "0".... Spent 10 minutes scheduling a covid test online and then WAITED 30 minutes at the drive-thru for the scheduled test only to be told that they couldn't do covid tests at this location!!!WHAT??? WTF??? WHY DO DOES YOUR WEBSITE ALLOW APPOINTMENTS TO BE MADE WHEN YOU CAN'T PROVIDE THE SERVICE???!!! My brother and I were exposed to someone with covid and we NEED to know if we are positive before flying home. The home tests are not reliable and we couldn't find places with appointments today.

Second visit to pick up a prescription for a friend. Both times the prescription was not available claiming it was never called in when in fact it was in their voice mail which I had to ask that they go to, then I was told to return the next day. Three other customers were in line with the same issue. Store was dirty. Charged incorrectly for photos. Will not return

Pharmacy is the worst. Held on phone for over hr then they disconnected me. Out of meds frequently and don't help you locate where you can find. The exception is an african/American pharmacist that goes out of her way patiently to help you- sorry don't remember her name. I only go there when she is there.when i can- she is compassionate and helpful.

This pharmacy is the absolute most incompetent one I have ever dealt with.They ignore their phone, take customers in line after you before you, and stand around staring at walls or something. My Dr couldn't get threw to them to place an order for me. I called them twice to check on it, no answer, on hold over 15 minutes each time before hanging up. When I drove there to talk to someone, I had to watch them stand around for ten minutes, and they still were no help, said they were really busy.... Lazy, useless individuals. I feel bad for the elderly that have far worse health conditions than I do. Thanks for making life miserable for the time being.
