Land of the walking Zombies. Employees unhelpful, customers service sign flat on the wall so it is invisible until you, standing right in front of it. Shelves so high you can't see over them to find different departments. Employees standing around when they could open more checkout lanes instead of forcing us to use self check-out.

I have shopped here for 10yrs and always a nice store with good selection. We went 2 days ago after work and 3 workers about ran me over stocking shelves and never looked at me or said excuse me. They were loud and rude. The shelves were somewhat empty, selling milk that was expired next day, produce was rotten, holes in bags of produce. I told the manager and her response was its season now. I have never seen this store like this even after a hurricane. I am DONE with Walmart, plan to shop all local now.

Last night on January 8th, I had the displeasure of exchanging words with the electronics manager when I had an item ring up at check out full price after being marked on the shelf as a clearance item. First things first the price should have been honored, the manager Vince took advantage of the fact that I was shopping alone with my infant child and insisted he go back to the isle to see the mistagged shelf himself. I direct him to the isle I found the item and explained that it was on the bottom shelf. About 15 minutes later he comes back with a photo of the isle…. Minus the bottom shelf. I offered to walk back there with him and the begins to explain that another customer must have put the item in the wrong spot. Aware that this happens I double checked the description on the clearance tag to ensure I was grabbing the correct item. Rightfully Frustrated with the situation I told him that this happening was really annoying and that I no longer wanted the item. He then gets so unbelievably upset and threatens to have me banned from my local Walmart!!! I put my items down at the self checkout and walked out of the store. Vince proceeded to follow me and my seven month old son out into the dark parking lot at night as a intimidation tactic. I called the store when I got home in hopes to speak with the store manager. I’m told she’s not in and to call this morning between 7am and 4pm. Around noon I call and expecting the complaint who answers? None other than Vince. I politely acted like nothing and asked for the 1800 number. He then rudely asked me “are you the one I delt with yesterday?” I said “yes sir I just need the 1800 number please.” He then says “if you wall this store one more time I’ll have you arrested for harassment!” And hangs up the phone. I find the 1800 number myself and report the situation. Corporate representatives explained that there is zero tolerance for that kind of treatment from an employee. He added that he cannot ban me without corporate approval and that it can only be done in the event where a theft took place. None of those things were done. He told me to feel free to return to the store and that they would be handling the situation asap. I went in around 5 this evening to reshop the items he prevented me from purchasing yesterday and as I walked out of my car again with my infant child, he’s walking towards me. He walks to my car, gets my plate then stands by the front door to watch me walk in. He then goes right over to the girls at the self checkout to tell them then goes to customer service where he continues to watch me and make me feel extremely uncomfortable. Every isle I went down an employee would not long after, followMe. I eventually left the store because I couldn’t focus or at this point even remember anything I needed. I’m extremely disappointed with the way the whole thing was handled and with how easily he’s been able to intercept my phone calls to avoid me speaking to the manager. Will not be returning

Found everything on our list and at a reasonable price.O7 Nov.: went to get a few things and we used a gift card. It is the 1st time we used such a card. It worked very smoothly and we had no problem at all. Very simple and easy.

Prices are still ringing up incorrectly on a regular basis, staff we interacted with have been less than friendly recently, and they simply don't seem to care much about customer service anymore... Disappointing and will only go now if we have no other choice
