“Wow, what a change in pace from my recent visit to the new Home Depot on Three Oaks Parkway. I went in for mailbox keys as HD employees were useless as per my post of today. Employees greeted me, took me back to the key station. Made my keys. On the way out I noticed the depth of products they offer and wound up buying some additional items. The check out lady was great. All employees were helpful and friendly. From now on we will go here. Customer service is the key. Their prices seem in line with most places so if even they are higher on some things, getting the help and advice is so well worth it vs dealing with unengaged employees at the new HD.”
“There's more of a selection for household tools and everyday items here than most other stores. They have more selections of baby chicks than other stores. The feed supply is good but not necessarily great if you're looking for organic feed. The prices here are competitive. The staff are always friendly and helpful too.”
