Extremely thin walls, you can talk to other rooms without any effort! If you want to sleep, just punch the wall couple times and your neighbor will understand your request. Overall I'm satisfied. Except those wall features.

Not a hotel! It's an apartment. WARNING they left me and my gf sitting outside on a lawn chair, no room available (although we had a confirmation). There's no office, so you can only check in if the apartment manager is around. the owner puts it up as a hotel i suppose for when he isn't fully rented but doesn't bother to take it down when he's full. He must have paid for the positive reviews. DO NOT ATTEMP TO STAY HERE

This was the worst experience I have had. If you are any one deciding to stay please reconsider. I had booked this hotel over a month and a half in advance. We spoke to the owner at 3pm on check in day. He said our room would be available when we got there around 7-730. We got to the property at 730, there was no check in instructions or front desk. We attempted to call the owner for 30 minutes. He continued to ignore my phone calls and send them right to voicemail. Finally after 30 minutes he texted us saying he overbooked the place and we could not check in. I attempted to call him and he continued having it go right to voicemail. This was an unreal experience and worst experience I have had traveling ever. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

I really enjoyed my stay. Located in a pretty quiet area that is very close to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. Definitely on my list for the future.

WORST EXPERIENCE ON A HOTEL RENTAL EVER!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Our experiencing renting this Hotel was the worst experience my husband and I have ever had traveling. Dates of Stay: March 5-8 2019 We were looking for a quiet low-key location spot for my husband and me. Something quaint and small. Acronyms Property Manager (PM) College Adults (kids) Day 1: Arrived, met with the property manager Jillian, noticed there were several younger adults on site that were heavily drinking. We were for warned by Jillian to let her know if they were out of control. The kids were loud, but we tried to respect their time as well. Come night time. Kids were up partying until after 4am. Needless to say, we did not sleep, and the Hotel is not staffed with anyone to do anything about it. Not a good experience and disappointed as this was the level of service or accommodations we are used to on vacation. Day 2: We left to go experience FL - the Everglades. Came back to kids partying! Very annoyed and tired, they were loud and obnoxious. Our plan was to get ready and get out of there as quickly as possible. Came back to the room, it was not cleaned, and we had been gone for most of the day. We started to get ready for the day and heard a loud banging on our door. We were scared to even open it. My husband opens the door to the PM Jillian standing outside. We were verbally attacked by this woman asking us where all the stains on all of the bedding and linens came from? Telling us how upset her owners were. We had no clue what she was talking about. She continued to repeat herself saying she needed to know what happen and my husband just said he did not know. I spoke from the bed that I used a towel to remove my make- up and a small pop spilt on the bed but very minimal. I finally went to the door and said, I have no idea what you are talking about. Did you try washing the linens. Do I need to speak to your owners? Her response, I only saw them on the cameras.... would you like to see them? My response YES, I would. Both my husband went down to their make shift office and the linens were on the ground. Jillian picked up a towel that had make up on it and a bed sheet that had a baseball size spill of pop. I asked her, is this the stains over everything you are referencing? She looked at her cleaner and asked is this is? He said YES. I could not believe what just happen to us. Not only did this woman not verify the situation prior to interrogating us, by telling us that she has been in the industry for blah blah amount of years and had to ensure it was not blood. S I haven't been in the industry but what I can tell you from being a human is I am sorry goes a long way. Owning your own behavior. I told Jillian this was poor customer service at best and this surely does not appear to be massive blood stains. Maybe next time they can assess the situation prior to interrogating their guests. We returned to our room visibly upset. My husband and I wanted to leave at this point, pack and leave. We felt attacked, unwanted and mistreated. We left for dinner with some friends and decided to not return that night due to the issues that occurred onsite during the day and we knew we would not be able to sleep. Day 3: Returned to the Hotel, kids again partying! Slamming doors, drinking heavily, loud music; spoke to other guests that were complaining. After our last encounter with this Jillian, we were not comfortable reaching out to anyone. Left for dinner, came back! The kids are now partying in their rooms. Which are on both sides of us. The walls were literally shaking. I text Jillian, no response so my husband calls her. At this point, Jillian did take responsibility for her actions the day before. Jillian also stated that we would be FULLY REFUNDED for our stay and that she was deeply sorry for our experience. Again, the Hotel is not staffed, so if something is happening you must call someone to come. Unfortunately, Jillian was in Palm Beach and not able to be onsite to diffuse the situation. Nor one anyone else that works for this poorly ran Hotel

We stayed here for a night before our cruise. Perfect location, as it's a block from the beach, and so close to a zillion restaurants and shopping. Loved the beachy feel of the room. Light and bright and clean. The pool looked so inviting, and it was warm. We had trouble with our heater, and there was only one blanket, so it was chilly. Also the bed squeaked so much, I was awakened every time my husband turned. Recommend getting some wd-40!

Sibi Hotel was by far the best hotel experience we have had in Florida on our many trips down. Jillian was absolutely amazing. Pool was relaxing and being walking distance from beach, docks, restaurants and bars were key! Parking was a breeze. We'll be back! Thanks Jillian again for the best 3 days in Lauderdale!

Location location location! Jillian the property manager was awesome,so helpful, Made it all easy and was excellent for local knowledge. We loved finally checking into a self unit - cooked, laundry, and sitting in a lounge as a fabulous change and excellent value for money. 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach that was not overcrowded. Could stay 4 nights here easily and chill out recharge energy! Only negative - the bed was uncomfortable (Unit 1) but I'm sure if we toldJillian she would have resolved that problem for us.

Originally, I booked this hotel and needed to modify my arrival date bc of a family issue. I booked through Booking.com and they contacted the owner and they graciously obliged my request. Two weeks later it time to travel and my flight is cancelled, due to the rain/storms on the east coast. I'm standing there thinking, "how are we going to get there?" The phone rings, I didn't answer and then I received a text...it's Jillian, the owner of the hotel. She said, she was watching the Today show and they are reporting abt the cancellation and delays. She checking to see if I'm going to make it? I shared with her the bad news, abt my flight cancelling. She tells me not to worry, she can canx the reservation (without a penalty $151) and she wld notify Booking.com. I told Jillian, this is why I prefer a privately owned property. She was so helpful and put my mind and soul at ease. I CANT WAIT TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!

Sibi Beach Hotel was a beyond fantastic place to stay! I stay Saturday 9/23/17. Unfortunately I only got to stay a night. Definitely regretting that and wishing I stayed longer. Jillian (Property Manager) is incredible, so sweet, kind and just simply great. She makes you want to stay there and makes it feel like if it was your home away from home. Everything is so convenient around the hotel. From the beach being literally a block away, to a Publix not far down the road or even restaurants. The Sibi Beach Hotel had beautiful rooms and decorations. The king bed in our 1 bedroom hotel was very comfortable. The kitchen came in hand, the next morning! The pool was great and it was super kind and cute how Jillian offers you beach chairs, towels (That you can even take to the beach) and pool toys. The place is very quiet and everyone is so kind. I couldn't thank the staff enough especially Jillian enough for a wonderful stay. Jillian even puts her personal touch as a manager, in calling you personally and making sure all is and went well. I would definitely make sure to get in contact with her and stay there again. Jillian NEVER change you are incredible and are doing such great things :) -Brittany C

Best place to stay in Fort Lauderdale! The hotel is one block from the beach and has a really nice pool. The best part is the hospitality of the staff. They make themselves available 24/7 for anything you need and will go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. Meera and Jillian are the best!

I stayed with a group this past weekend for a girls getaway and couldn't be happier with our experience. The room was fantastic - clean, comfortable and well decorated. It was great to be so close to the beach but also to have the convenience of the pool onsite as well. Aside from the physical space, the highlight of our stay was the staff. The property manager, Jillian, made sure that we had everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend. 100% would recommend and plan on staying again when I'm in the area. Thank you!

I don't even know how to begin writing about what a fantastic host the Property Manager, Jillian, is. If nothing else, come here to meet her. Jillian greeted us with great energy to start off the trip. She was there to accommodate whatever we needed and was very professional. The room itself was amazing. We had 6 people and there was more than enough room: 2 king beds, a large couch, and a roll out cot. We had two full bathrooms and that was perfect. Everything was super clean and very well decorated. The kitchen has all the amenities you need. You are literally one block from the main beach street. Starbucks is a 5 minute walk away if you like a coffee. If you like to workout there is an an awesome park exactly a mile down the beach. It has basketball and calisthenics equipment like pull up bars. The pool on the property was awesome. We spent more time there than at the beach! It was nice to be able to swim and run up to our room for a bite to eat or drink. Stay here for a perfect time!

I was visiting an old friend in my former hometown. After failing to find a satisfactory "major chain hotel" I decided to stay close to my buddy and get a place on Ft. Lauderdale beach. While the towering High Rises seem to be cutting into the charm of this beach we're lucky to have places like The Sibi Hotel. I booked this hotel because I was impressed with the reviews about service and the property manager Jillian. I'm glad I did! My room was well appointed with beautiful linens and a remodeled shower. Very nice job Sibi. The bed was very comfortable and overall the room was nice. I enjoyed having a small refrigerator to keep my drinks cold. This place is very laid back - and has a at home feel. I really liked the chairs they provided for the beach! They also had coolers for you if needed. The pool was charming and created a nice cozy place to read or just relax when it's time to escape the sand. It's close to beach but if you like to wander you can take a walk to the swanky overpriced nearby hotels..they are just a stones throw away. I recommend giving the Sibi a try - it's got something over the other boutique hotels and that's service. If your feeling social, go old school and call to see if there is a room that might fit your needs. They are very accommodating!
